    Amo is now Bfflist

Nexaph usually overfills 10%. Amo/Bff is generally very close to the exact mg - at least based on tons of testing I saw around STG. That extra kick you're noticing in Nexaph could just be that 10% (unless you already accounted for it, and reconstituted for the extra mg).

    Tracy trolling? Or hacked?

The wording style doesn't necessarily match his previous one, but who knows.

    Stalled

All the GLP1 meds increase heart rate, it affects the vagus system if I recall correctly. For some is very subtle, for others more noticeable. I'm part of the group that struggles with this, with +10 bpm increase of resting heart rate. Reta would probably be a no go for me.

What are you stacking with your Tirz

10mg tirz every Wed, with 0.25mg of sema every Saturday. So far almost a month in with this stack, and it has definitely helped with better (true) hunger cues, fullness feeling after eating, etc. I was voracious with tirz alone before adding the stack and the sprinkle of sema a few days later...

    Heart racing from Reta

Tirz (and all GLP-1s for that matter) increase RHR. This increase might just be caused by Tirz. I was looking at my historical RHR, and I do have +20 or 30 bpms over my original pre-GLP numbers. I did have to stop my betablocker because my blood pressure went down, so that could also explain it...

    Heart racing from Reta

I guess the key it's what is your resting HR. Mine is 80-90 range. All glps increase hr but reta is the worst apparently. Tirz got my RHR to 110 today and I'm not having any fun. Can't even imagine what reta would do to me.

    Want to stack sema......

You make a great point. I did both: I increased tirz (8.5 to 10 - weekly dose) and also added sema 0.25 4 days later. Sema is very strong on the GLP-1 component - and anecdotally - better at hunger management food noise suppression. Before adding sema, my tirz wasn't enough to control the...

Zep vs peptide.. anyone notice a difference?

I almost exclusively use Amo/BFF and regular pens. As nonyabizznez said, it has been tested to death, and their results are almost always very good - but NOT really a lot of overfill or very mild, not like others that have consistently over 15-20%. I never had an ISR but others did mid last...

    Want to stack sema......

I did two changes in the last 15 days: Increased tirzepatide from 8.5 to 10 (Wednesday shot) Added 0.25 semaglutide on Saturday So far, 2 doses of increased tirz and today I did the 2nd sema. I had some queasiness after my first sema dose, not really nausea, and the fullness feeling and food...

De minimus officially ending May 2

    Want to stack sema......

Im interested in your tirz + sema stack! I'm about to do the same. Increasing to 10mg of tirz and adding 0.25mg of sema 4 days later. I was having great results with tirz but for the past few weeks Ive been ravenous, food noise, no satiety at all. I could increase tirz even more but want to...

    Heart Rate increase on Tirz

Yes, increased RHR in tirzepatide (and all GLP1s for that matter) is a known side effect. Here's a slide from the SURMOUNT-1 3 year extension study. it gets better over time (stabilizes / decreases). Reta appears to be worse, but I don't have any hard data to share.
