100%! Not playing top this, but roughly 2 hrs after my 1st 2mg pin with Reta, my HR went from 68 to ~120 and took 2 weeks to come back down. NOT FUN! Tirz 10 and Surv 2 on an offset schedule is working great without the HR drama.

To avoid that, I think I would go with survo instead, stacking survo with tirz.

Reta was definitely my first choice, and still would be, but things don't always work out like you hoped. The Tirz/Survo stack is my just work around that gives me most benefits of the Reta regimen, and with the bowels, drink those 8 glasses of water a day. Makes a huge difference.

Yep. It wasn't fun. One thing I was recommended to try with the Tirz after a few weeks was add 1mg of Survo 3 days after every Tirz. Adds more GLP-1 and Glucagon which makes it work a lot like Reta without the cardiac side effect and helps with the food noise. Absolutely happy with that so far...

I'm at 5mg Tirz/1.25 Cagri below goal maintaining and for me the Cagri may have loosened any Tirz BM issues although I take fiber supplements as well. I'm happy with this combo and my labs are stellar!

cagri gives me the runs more than survo clogging me up. i think 1mg of survo is ok but i have gone as high as 3mg every 3-4 days on a stack cagri is how much you can handle the side effects i did a whole 5mg in 48hrs just to see what would happen but i do 2.5 as a normal dose on a stack

There's no reason to jump in at anything other than a starting dose. Look at it's half life and tweak accordingly. I'd back off some Tirz so if there's any Survo feelz they stand out.

I had atrial flutter before a cardiac ablation back in May, started Tirz in late-July it raised my HR about 10bpm on average. In Feb, I did a slow swap from Tirz to Reta and just went to 5mg reta and last small dose of Tirz was three weeks ago. My non-RHR seems to be 5-10bpm higher this week...

I saw a suggestion on another discussion to do the Tirz, which has a light GLP-1 and a strong GIP , but no GCG agonist. Then add on a small dose of Survo which has a strong GLP-1, no GIP, and a good GCG, and no RHR side effects. Interesting.

In some kind of conundrum as to what I will use for maintenance now that I am at goal. Survo seems to be gaining popularity on this website but Maz also seems to have worked well for some. Currently on Reta but the appetite suppression is not the best.

i like tirz over reta i think tirz is a little more controlled for most and you can add sema, survo,cagri to it and that will help boost it.

i think the survo elevates too but to a much lesser extent.

so a little survo update i feel like survo is 2-3x stronger than sema. at 3mg survo with reta i got a good feel for the drug. 1mg-2mg should be a good dose for most but it will clog you up like sema just alot worst imo so water and fiber will help.
