Of course haha - was updating a previous post. I reconstituted it a few days prior, and a small portion gelled up on the side and took a few extra minutes to fully dissolve. If you go a few pages back I included a pic.
Injected RS about an hour ago with the vial that gelled during reconstitution. Went up to 10mg dose this week.
Zero burning/stinging reported, everything was normal just like with the previous vial. Will report back in a day or two if there are any updates.
I was lazy and didnt backfill...
Injection site reactions are very normal with subq injections. Do a google search for "injection site reaction tirzepatide reddit" and take a look at all of the threads and pics of people getting pretty bad nasty ones from name brand and compounded. People getting permanent discoloring and giant...
I wouldn't blame anyone at all for discontinuing research with the product if the stinging was anywhere above a mild annoyance. No reason to even take that risk when the cost is so low, and other suppliers exist.
Agree with above, at most you lost out on like 1 month of compounding priced...
Thanks for the replies - when I use that vial, I'll report back if rs reports that there was any stinging or anything else associated. Good to know it wasn't just mine.
Also, just to note, first vial from this kit reconstituted normally, no gel-ing. The first vial was also completely broken...
I reconstituted another vial of my t30 today. This time I got the rare gel-ing another user mentioned, so I grabbed a pic. This was stuck to the side of the vial for about 10 minutes after everything else was dissolved, but eventually did dissolve as well, just extremely slowly. Rolling the vial...
I really like the theory about my compounded possibly being overdosed and the amo being a little underdosed.
Backfilling a separate syringe helped with the injection pain 100% and bruising, but also still had an injection site reaction. Not bad, just red circle around it and a little swollen...
Thanks for the info, good to note. Would be good to hear some feedback from others who have broken into their September post-stinging batches as well.
With that info, I think I'll pivot my research and try 9mg for the next two doses (10 days) and note any difference, before testing vs...
Any update on the effectiveness you're feeling? (mine arrived last week of Sept.)
My RS is on day 6, 2nd dose of Amo was yesterday ( 5 day dosing schedule), and has been hungrier than the past 15 weeks combined on Strive compounded. Food noise returned hard. ~+3lbs over the past week gained on...
I was going to inject my rs with compounded next shot to compare injection site reactions, but now I'm going to backfill the amo instead and see...... because yeah, makes sense the skin looked like that after the damage the needle probably took from that rubber lol.
I'll try compounded again...
Same happened to me, probably just gonna backfill another syringe next time. I had to shove mine in hard it was so dull lol I was actually wondering if I bought fake syringes

Officially over according to the FDA as of today.
Be ready for an influx of new members, just saw us get posted on Reddit.
Who has been using Amopure for their research for awhile now?
Would you mind posting details- how long, effectiveness, results so far, any issues or reactions, etc.
I think it would be good to complie all of our research data with them in one thread.
Tirz 30mg gave my rs an injection site reaction as well. Red circle around it and sore. 48 hours later and the redness is gone. I did not experience any stinging however.
Going to use compounded for my rs shot tomorrow and see if there is any reaction (none 14 weeks prior on compounded)
Just an update, I've been on compounded for 15 weeks. This was my first week of research. Got an injection site reaction for the first time ever. Not bad, red circle around it and sore. No swelling.
I understand injection site reactions are normal for subq injections and especially tirz...
Posted this in the public square amo thread, but thought I'd add it here as well.
Received my order last week, 9/25. 30mg with blue tops. Most pucks broken. Straight to freezer.
Reconstituted with hospira bac, 2ml (2025 exp date bac water). Vacuum sealed, confirmed during reconstitution...
Received my order last week, 9/25. 30mg with blue tops. Most pucks broken. Straight to freezer.
Reconstituted with hospira bac, 2ml (2025 exp date bac water). Vacuum sealed, confirmed during reconstitution. Noticed no gel-ing like others have mentioned. Perfectly clear, stored in fridge...
