Started my survo yesterday. I started with about 250mcg and then the next day did another 350 to make sure I wouldn’t have any weird reactions. I so far take 5mg tirz 2x a week. 600mcg cagri once a week and the plan is to titrate the survo up .6-1.2-2.4-5mg once a week No effects felt yet

I started at 250mcg for 4 weeks or so with no effects whatsoever. Bumped it to 500mcg this week and I feel it’s working perfect for me
