i had benefits right away. less pronounced at 2mg, but moving to 4mg, I began having great results. I didn't get any sides (still don't have many) and trusted the process. i truly don't understand the desire to titrate up quickly. i'm at 7mg now but wish i could have stayed at a lower dose!

It's hard to find an option for testing in Canada that isn't ridiculously expensive, so I haven't personally sent a vial of anything in. I have given money towards testing though, just to share the cost burden.

definitely! you want to stay at the lowest effective dose for as long as possible to make your product last! i know it's exciting and sometimes tempting to titrate up quickly, but some people get great results at lower doses... but you never know unless you actually stick with the dose for 4...

I’d stick to 2mg for the 4 weeks. That’s what I did. I then moved to 4 and after that I started going up by 1mg. I stayed 6 weeks at 5mg and 7 weeks at 6mg. Currently at 7mg and hoping I can stay here for 8 weeks. After this I might look into going up by .5mg instead of 1mg.

I'm not sure if this changes your mind, but I am absolutely freezing all the time on reta lol. I've had no issues with heart rate though. I also don't have an issue sleeping if I inject at night, although I do usually inject in the morning.
