I divide vial content by desired dose and add BAC to equal whatever percent, So if I want 5mg dose out of 30mg vial, i just put 6X the amount of units I want in BAC. So for a 30 unit dose I would put 6X 30 or 1.8ML BAC which would give me 5mg for each 30 unit dose. It is really quite simple.
