It depends if this is your first weight loss peptide. If it's your first you should notice results at a lower dose but if not probably going to take titrating up to around 8 to get results. I started at 1 mg for 2 weeks because I was worried about the increase in heart rate ( sema caused me a...
I've used NEXAPH and AMO ( BFF or whatever it's called now!) Both have non crypto payments and I have had zero issues with either supplier. NEXAPH I only buy on pre-sales. Both have lots of independent testing done so that might give peace of mind. Both arrived quickly.
I have had hair loss too ( peri-menopause and Reta.) My Dr has just prescribed me spiro and Minoxidil. Said it will take 6 months to notice any difference. It's life long once you've started but I feel like I need to try something.
I just followed what the trial was doing so once a week. I've lost the weight ( now at normal BMI) so had no need to try split doses. I found the appetite suppression was bad at lower doses but kicked in at 6 mg. 8 mg's is where I lost all the weight and the appetite suppression was wild ( I...
I have bought from Nexa. I like the fact it is well tested plus I can't be bothered with crypto! I have bought from Amo for the same reason. I only buy the pre-sales for Nexa and the price then is better than Amo. I love Blinh's customer service thou. I don't care for the drama, I just want a...
I followed the titration schedule of 4 weeks for each dose until I got to 8 mg. I started to notice less food noise at 6 mg but the real magic happened at 8. I lost 30 lbs at 8 mg ( over about 8-10 weeks) and now at goal weight so trying to find the right maintenance dose now.
Trust the...
I had a headache after the first couple of shots ( same thing happened on Sema.) After the first couple of shots it never happened again. Appetite suppression, on Reta, was non- existent until I got to 6 mg.
I started Sema in March, 2024 at 181 lbs ( 5 ft 1). Got down to 140 lbs on Sema then stalled. Went up to 155 lbs whilst taking a break and starting on Reta. Started Reta 4 months ago and down to 135 lbs now. I'm at 8 mg of Reta and my goal is around 120 lbs. For a total of 46 lbs so far.
I haven't had any blood tests since starting Reta so will be interested to see how they are looking. After a year of Sema, my bloods looked good and the last few months before having them, I was eating pretty normally. My only worry is that my Creatinine was at 51 after being on Sema, eating...
My RHR on Sema went up to 72 from mid 50's! On Reta, my RHR went up to 65 when I first started at 8 mgs but since then it's gone back down- 61 1st and 2nd day after shot then back down to 50's as week progresses. No change in RHR until I went to 8 mgs.
I was really nervous about Reta because of...
when I got to 4 or 6 I started having crazy appetite suppression- I've literally had to force myself to eat a couple of mouthfuls. Food is not appealing and I feel zero appetite. I doubt I manage a 1000 calories most days, still the scale wasn't moving! I also have a less sedentary job- hit...
Reta has been very slow for me! I didn't have any weight loss until I got to around 8 mg ( my current dose.) I have lost 17 lbs now. From what I've read, if you've done other weight loss peptides, then it doesn't work until higher doses. Personally I don't have much weight to lose ( max 20 lbs)...
I didn't get any appetite suppression until the 4th week on 4 mg. Even then it wasn't a huge amount! Like I said I didn't account for the 6 mg overfill on the 24mg of Reta so probably taking about 7.5mg. The appetite suppression now is insane- I have zero appetite and even a few mouthfuls is too...
I started at 1mg for 2 weeks ( was concerned about heart rate increase.) On sema my RHR went from 50's to 72 so was worried that Reta would make it even higher! No increase in RHR on 1mg so went to 2 mg after 2 weeks. I did 2 mg for 4 weeks then 4 mg for 4 weeks and now up to 6 mg. My RHR gets...
I made the mistake of buying a kit of 10 mg vials ( bought 2 domestic vials before that to test it out.) I used 2 of the vials when at 4 mg but now I'm upto 6 mg that means I get one full dose out of the 1 vial! Then have 2 do 2 shots for the next dose! I bought the 24 mg vials and using those...
I'm using Hospira from Medex. I have a feeling that BFF are using something in the filler which some people are more sensitive to. I have only read the stinging thing applying to BFF peptides and not to others. You are not alone with the stinging issue.
I started on 1 mg for 2 weeks ( my RHR increased from 50's to 72 on sema and was dreading what Reta might do!) Reta hasn't impacted my heart rate very much ( 60-62) so went upto 2 mg and then followed normal titration. Up to 6 mg now. Starting to see some weight loss at this dose and if at 4...
Give the slow release version a try if you haven't. Insurance doesn't usually allow the slow release version front line but if you have problems with normal release then they are fine about it. The slow release version usually doesn't have the same digestive problems.
I bought the Reta around the same time- have used 2 vials and can report no stinging so far. Weird that some people get the stinging and others are fine.
They've come a long way with limb sparing surgery for humans but even if it's possible for dogs it's going to cost a small fortune ( even more than radiation.) It's a terrible situation for a pet owner to be in.
Sarcoma is a weird and aggressive cancer ( my husband had it.) First line approach is cutting it out but because Osteosarcoma is in the bone that would mean either amputation or removing the bone effected and replacing it with a prosthetic rod. Chemo is well tolerated in dogs and also...
I started at 1 mg because I was worried about the heart rate issues ( My RHR went up 10 points just on Sema.) I did 1 mg for 2 weeks then went up to 2mg for 3 weeks. I'm now on 4mg and the funny thing is that my heart rate has gone down to pre- Sema levels so I was worried about nothing! There's...
I was very impressed. Ordered on the Sunday and had my package on the Thursday. Really good communication too. I don't mind paying a bit more just to avoid crypto!
