    Is Pro Advice Worth It?

So much same. I was blasting seven peptides in December (Tirz, survo, klow, NAD+, SS-31 then MOTS-C and epitalon.) and I felt a little less fatigued and lost some additional weight. Zero clue what did it, and even then was exasperated with myself cause I'm not going to do that again, but...

...way off the tirz while I'm doing it, and then down to get away from it and move my tirz up to my normal dose. And I don't intend to use the survo long term. I don't trust the long term safety of that stack. I started it to combat the tirz fatigue while I wait to see if it fades off in...

    Food Noise at 2MG

I'm so strongly considering doing 1 up, 1 down stacking on tirz/reta. I'd drop the survo completely a few weeks before trying that. I don't want to switch to reta yet, but I DO want to use a single vial so I know if I want to keep acquiring it for the freezer for much, much later down the...

Maintenance dose survey, who here is doing this, and what can you tell us about it?

I should get there March-ish. I plan to discontinue the survo at that time and keep my 8mg of tirz. If I start to struggle, I'll titrate up the tirz a little; but I don't want to be on survo long term.

    Survo is weird.

Has anyone tried just survo for a couple weeks? I haven't experienced any major differences with reta vs. survo/tirz (ghetto reta) vs. tirz alone, etc. All GLPs feel more or less the same to me.

    The end game

62, male here. At GW since Oct of last year. Went up to 7.5 tirz and started stacking survo in early September as I was nearing GW and didn't want to increase tirz dosage and was also doing my best to maintain/develop lean muscle. My stack since the end of October has been 7.5 T and 1.8 S and...

    Survo is weird.

To be clear, I have had zero feels from the survo - never once. I only had feels from the T for the first two weeks back in June. What I notice is that I am not very hung up on food. I can take it or leave it. I know I need it - especially since I am also strength training to maintain lean...

    Survo is weird.

Interesting. I will look for those sorts of cravings. I am at 2mg Survo (stacked with 15 Tirz) and just finally feeling the feels on my second dose of 2mg. A little nausea and a decent amount of food noise suppression that had faded with just my Tirz alone. But I was attributing my holiday...

I think it's almost time to lay off the Survo. I mean, I know it is, because I said I would when I got to goal. But I think my dose is too high. I don't want ANY protein in the last week or two. I just want rice bowls with a bite or two of tofu, low carb wraps with salted cucumber and a thin...

I thought, Tirz low responders is about 10-15 % and non about 5-10 % ? It 's not rare to not respond. I had absolutely no effect of Sema, but Tirz was amazing from first shot 2,5 mg It's just very individual. You could stack, or you could try Maz or Survo out, or higher doses.

    Tirz + Survo…. and Reta?

Smart move, keeping it low and slow. You're on 1.2 mg Survo but still had some food noise, so you added 0.6 mg cagri once it crushed the cravings with just mild "overate" nausea. That's classic for low-dose cagri. solid satiety boost without the heavy sides most get at higher doses. Plan to...

    Unexpected IGF-1 Tesamorelin Lab

A few things could explain this, and it’s not as weird as it looks at first glance: IGF-1 isn’t a direct “on/off” readout of tesamorelin. Tesa increases GH pulsatility, but IGF1 depends heavily on hepatic sensitivity, nutrition, insulin status, inflammation, and illness/stress. Obesity = GH...

Hey over 50 ladies! Get in here, Let's talk

Oh and I meant to say I tried Reta and it did not agree with me. I thought I had food poisoning even at a 0.5mg dose - total sleep disruption and sprints to the potty. This seems like a really uncommon reaction but there it is. The Tirz/Survo stack is my friend.

Ladies, hello. 51F here, and a year and 5 months along the Tirz path. Happy to have lost 90 pounds, now stacking 1.8mg Survo with my 15mg Tirz to try to keep the loss going for hopefully another 25 - finally in 'overweight' land at 5'7" 190ish from 'obese III' starting at 280. I feel you. Half my brain is saying: Well, you just finished a 20 day cycle of both Epitalon and Semax and you're taking 8 mg of a triple agonist every week, so why would you expect to feel it? The other half of my brain says: Well, it would be nice if I did!

Another fan of Survo stacked against tirz here. I plan to discontinue the Survo when I hit goal weight and maintain with tirz alone, which I don't think will be a problem, but I strongly believe that it's helped with both loss and tiredness.

I wish I could answer that. I have not tried reta yet. I started stacking survo with tirz for the reta-like effect however I read many times about increased BP on reta which, due to underlying cardiac conditions, I wanted to avoid by being able to control the dosage to the 3rd receptor. I, of...
