buying a minifridge/freezer for personal storage?

I have this one, it stays around -22C (+/-1 degree) and has a lock. I keep it in my garage but I bought it in Oct-24 so I'm not sure how it will hold up to the TX summer where my garage can reach >90 degrees. I have a temp sensor in it that provides phone notifications if the temp falls...

    Room temp after fridge?

The only concern with an air bubble is it can make your dosage inaccurate. I typically leave a little air in the syringe and "flick" it to the top (by the plunger). My theory is it reduces the trail of pep that you leave on your skin layers when you withdraw the needle after a dose...

    Storing Retatrutide

I disagree with this chart. PGB is currently selling Reta that was manufactured in August-24 and has been stored at room temp the entire time with no degradation. Short term <1 year - room temp is fine, many store at room temp longer 1-3 years - refrigerator 3-5 years - negative 20C freezer...

Trump signed an order stopping the de minimis rule

I read the Trump order (link below) and unless I am missing something the end of the de minimus rule is only being applied to shipments originating in China (PRC) and Hong Kong. Shippers are also not required to make a formal entry and can import using the much simpler/faster informal entry...

How accurate is pen v2 dosage

I agree, not my idea but it seems to be the most accurate way to measure. You can also measure multiple dosages by simply pushing the syringe plunger to force the water back into the cartridge (after removing it from the pen).

How accurate is pen v2 dosage

You should test the pen when you receive (I did it once, for one pen but have rolled the dice since then with my growing pen collection. To test, fill a cartridge with water and prime it to make sure the plunger is in the proper position for a dose. I injected/squirted into a water bottle cap...

I have Afib with RVR. What has been your experience been with increased heartrate from Reta?

I had atrial flutter before a cardiac ablation back in May, started Tirz in late-July it raised my HR about 10bpm on average. In Feb, I did a slow swap from Tirz to Reta and just went to 5mg reta and last small dose of Tirz was three weeks ago. My non-RHR seems to be 5-10bpm higher this week...

To filter or not to filter, that is the question

I am beginning to think that I get fewer ISR's when I filter. I'm trialing this hypothesis with SS31 today, I had to stop pinning it because the ISR's would burn/itch for like a week. They usually hit about a day after I pin. After a two-week break I filtered a fresh vial and hopefully, no...

I have Afib with RVR. What has been your experience been with increased heartrate from Reta?

This is the biggest increase in RHR that I have heard about. Being consistently over 100bpm RHR would concern me. Make sure you are staying in sinus rhythm. Don't want to stroke out due to afib.

    Tirz or reta

I'll echo that a clean diet will remove most of the gastro sides (except maybe constipation). I lost 60lbs on Tirz, titrating up to 10mg during the last month or so of my 7 month weight loss journey. The biggest sides I had were constipation (that I managed with fiber, stool softener and the...

    Testing teso

Yes, based on a half-life of 9 days. Trace amounts like <1 mcg, but still in my system. For the visual people, here it is charted. I had to break it up into two charts due to the smaller serum amounts in the outer months. This was six 125mcg doses over 7 days.

    Testing teso

I already have heart rate issues and had a cardiac ablation last May. This was not a steady increase where I could say I was up xx BPM compared to no Teso. My heart would just have bits where it would go over 100bpm for a few hours (while resting) and then come back down. I may cycle back to...

    Testing teso

I track it on a half-life spreadsheet, during the outer weeks its <5mcg but it is still there. Today I am at 1.1mcg. My last dose was on 1/3/25 and my total serum levels were 603mcg after that dose. No feelz at all after the first week or so though.

    Testing teso

I was considering Teso for maintenance so a I did a trial run. I cut my 500mcg tabs into four (actually, chopped them on a mirror and made into four kind of equal piles). I dosed ~125mcg three days on, one off, three on for a total of 1.5mg. I chose to stop taking it because it was...

    Testing teso

Also, when you get results that have a few hundred mg range in the tabs you sent, what do you do with that? Your choice is to dose or throw them away. It doesn't really help you to treat the dose any differently. At least with the 9 day half life, the stronger pills and weaker ones will kind...

I use this too in addition to three other electrolyte powders throughout the day. Instead of using the drops in my 40oz water bottle I use a 3ml syringe without the needle on it. I have seen it on vendor price lists but it might have been QSC and heard SSA might have it. As far as know there have been NO human trials for BAM15. I highly recommend you spend a little more time researching this one. Mito uncouplers are bad news and far beyond my risk tolerance. BAM15 is...

    Reta order

You send just one vial (or more if you want) but the enitre vial is used for the test. When doing a group test, the group may vote to send more than one vial. It's typically $60-$100 dollars to test subsequent vials from the same batch but test results aren't tied to the individual vials sent...

    Reta order

You got Reta from a china supplier WITH a batch number? Isn't that like spotting a unicorn? Vendor COA's give you enough info to purchase but you still need to either pin & pray or get it tested by tested yourself directly or through a group test.

I have Afib with RVR. What has been your experience been with increased heartrate from Reta?

I don't know for sure, but I don't think is how it works. If your heart rate sitting on the couch is 60 and mine is 90, I don't think I am burning more calories than you (other than the minuscule amount of calories burned by my heart muscles to incrementally beat more than yours).

Tirz shelf life after reconstitution (NaCl, pH, etc.)

She just posted an open invite to Peppys on this site a couple of days ago. Open invites to Peppy's are a rare event. I checked with GK to make sure it was legit (and not someone posing as GK) and she said she would leave the invite open until a certain number of new users joined. She...

With everyone stockpiling I need to know if injection past the BUD expiration date is safe.

Meh, I knew Ousia was shady as shit when I placed my order. They were the lowest cost compound Tirz at the time, shipped as much as you wanted and to almost any state in the US. They are (were?) equivalent to a low-end gray seller. I used their Tirz and it got me to maintenance so I'm not...

Is T30 the next bunk product?

I think T30 and recently T60 has the most testing activity on the group testing servers of all of the peps. The big one (that shalt be named), STG and there is a new one (Flying Purple Guild) with about 1000 members and growing on TG. So far, most of the peps tested on this site (FPG) were...

How Much Should Weight Loss Drugs Cost?

I don't know about this. I seem to be spending a lot on protein shakes, electrolyte mixes, supplements and recon/injection supplies (not to mention all of the other peptides I have found and purchased). I would say that I am about break-even if we exclude the copious amount of beer I used to buy.

Damn! I was on 2.5mg 2x and my BP was borderline low (90/60) so I couldn't really increase my dosage. A month or two ago I switched to metoprolol 25mg 2x and I am experimenting with substituting 20mg of propranolol for my morning dose every few days. The propranolol works great and better...

Note that I have zero medical training but Primum Non Nocere is a doctor and posted a multi-post writeup on this topic on The Roundtable. This a paraphrase from his post. The glucagon-like-effect of Reta is what raises your heart rate. Nebivolol is a beta blocker which is a different channel...

To filter or not to filter, that is the question

I filter anything that is going into a cartridge (because it easy to do while filling it) or any pep I plan to use for greater than a few days. 10mg MOTs-C, gone in a day or two, I don't bother. Reta, Tirz even my dirty-ass lab originated Ousia compound Tirz gets filtered every time.

    Unable to inject meds.

I think the peptide matters. Tirz had almost no loss after four freeze/thaw cycles. Epithalon was also tested and lost 9% after one cycle and 18% after four cycles. I'm no scientist but these results might be related to the length of the peptide chain with shorter chains being less hearty...
