I was on Sema first for 8 months through vitastir. It was mixed with b12 but the cost was 600 a month. I switched to Tirz 2 months ago but it does not curb the food noise like Sema does so I had to add some Sema back in. I’ll probably end up switching to Reta at some point and stack with Sema...

What is your suggestion. I’ve been taking 7.5mg of Tirz and added 1mg of Sema last week. Thinking of lowering Tirz to 5mg. Maybe add 2mg Reta

My Tirz came in a white box with a T written on the top. All red caps.. I have 4 boxes of Tirz, Sema and Reta due to deliver on Friday. Is there nothing written on the outside of the boxes?
