I was on Sema first for 8 months through vitastir. It was mixed with b12 but the cost was 600 a month. I switched to Tirz 2 months ago but it does not curb the food noise like Sema does so I had to add some Sema back in. I’ll probably end up switching to Reta at some point and stack with Sema...
