God I really don't want to answer all those.. Discord is confusing. I have no idea how to navigate it
It's worth it for access to the group buys and testing resources.

The group buying server is amazing. You get a set discounted price for buying in bulk, and then they send a few for testing, all included in the price.

Indeed. I found a document yesterday on how to get a continuous glucose monitor (cgm) if your doctor didn't provide a prescription. Wanted a cgm for some time but didn't have a script from my doc. Ordered a script online yesterday for a fee and the script will be sent to Amazon pharmacy.

I spent hours going through all of the doc's and info the first week I joined the group. Very informative
I also liked the information about the Strike app for paying in BTC. I don't like crypto so this app basically takes deposited USD and you can send BTC directly to people without buying BTC from a market, sending to a wallet and ultimately sending the person your paying. Basically simplifies BTC payment and minimizes transaction fees.

Don't stress. You will get the hang of it in time.
No, I use insulin needles for peptides. Thought about going the pen route to make it more convenient and cut down on the sharps wastez which is a bit of a pain.
Need to do more research on pens to feel more comfortable making the switch.

I’ve read about it, it is mixed with Semaglutide . Are you planning on buying?
I believe Novo is testing it along with a semaglutide mix, but can be used with tirzepitide also. I added my name to the list, will see about the pricing. Will probably buy with group.
Just wanted to add that there is so much info on the Discord. I love it!
Not sure but I use a vial of Tirz in 2 weeks or less when reconstituted.

Actual MJ pens are good for a year, but I don't know if there's a preservative in there.
