In some frameworks, oils are okay in moderation but not ideal, especially for weight loss:
OTOH, Atkins puts more oils than most in their protein shakes, including the "GLP friendly" shakes in the red packaging with 30 grams of protein. They are still relatively low calorie, though lovingly processed.
Personally, I think it depends what else is going on with the meal or snack. If everything else in the meal is relatively low fat, that gives more breathing room to me. For me, the obvious thing to avoid is a Grand Slam of multiple fatty foods to literally slow blood flow.
