hey all

im confused about the measurements of reta, i want to buy reta and they are out of 10mg and only have 30mg - does that mean i get 10 vials of 30mg???

or does it mean i get 30 vials of 10mg??

this is so confusing lol

how do i then mix it with bac water so i can use 4mg per week
It depends what amount of BAC you put in the vial.
If you use 3mL BAC, you'd pin 40 units.
If you use 2mL BAC, you'd pin 26.7 units.
If you use 1mL BAC, you'd pin 13.3 units.
I would suggest an online recon and dosage calculator.

I now mix all my peps using simple math.

Your Pie is 30mg
you want each piece to be 4 mg
7.5 pieces total (going to have 1/2 leftover)
so let's say you use 3ml BAC
just divide that 3 by 7.5 or .40ml each dose of 4mg

Go straight to 5 mg; there won’t be a significant difference, and it will result in a whole number of doses: 6 x 5 mg instead of 7.5 x 4 mg. Reconstitute with 1.8 ml or 2.4 ml (0.30 ml/pin or 0.4 ml/pin, respectively). Six doses is five weeks, which is pretty safe.

any peptide calculator will solve this issue, and hopefully educate you to where you are confident with what you are doing. I would not inject yourself without double checking with someone who can verify what you are doing.

30mg vial, reconstituted with 3ml bac, you fill the syringe to 10 units to get a 1mg dose, 5 units for a .5mg dose and so on. I started with 2.5 units (2x/week) reta my first week and i felt it, I'd recommend starting real light, as it can hit your g.i. tract hard. fyi, i went up to 5 units week 2, and 10 units week 4. i'm now on 25units (2x/week) on week 16. 1781551732708.webp

If OP is just starting out, a 4mg or 5 mg dose is way too high.

There are many threads on starting doses and titrating up.
Many of us began under 1mg a week to avoid uncomfortable side effects and get acclimated to a new medication.
More adventurous people start at 2 mg. You will find lots of opinions.

Since OP is asking basic questions about kits, vial mass and reconstitution, they better search the forum and study up more before pinning.

Never assume that your 30 mg vials contain 30 mg. Check the third party CoA (Certificate of Analysis) then use a reverse calculator.

Use the search feature for answers to more questions.

No offense, but you need to read a whole bunch more before getting started on this. And yes, that 4mg is to high to start with if just starting out.

What I do, and generally what most do, is 1 ml of bac for every 10 mg of compound. So I reconstitute my 30mg bottles with 3ml of bac water. That allows you to use very straight forward dosing. If you want to pin 4mg, you’ll want to draw 40 units on an insulin syringe.
