3ml bac water where can I buy bulk?

Hi I’m currently buying from a company and they do per vial, I have been in talks with a few over seas suppliers. I’m curious if anyone has any insight on a vendor who has some available I see some don’t provide bac water. I’m not looking to get 25+ that’s just too many lol.
