5-Amino-1MQ Injectable Experiences?

following up - any side effects - about to begin and curious?
havent had any side effects on it but i am still only on 1 mg. Havent really noticed anything as a result yet from it to be honest. I did try a 2 mg dose one day however and felt slightly more energized, but I cant tell you if that is just placebo. Will keep running it and see and up the dose as well.

felt great
but now im doing 5mg daily morning fasted and doing really good !
good energy at the gym in a fasted state is nice
the 24mg of ephedrine hcl with 200 mg caffein help too lol...

Were you doing the 25mg IM or SubQ. I have HVY's 100mg 5A and getting some really bad ISR at 20mg subq
 
I heard the 100mg/ml are spicy.
Yeah, I get a bump and it's pretty painful to the touch for over a week. Goes in fine though and the ISR doesn't really kick in for about 24hrs.

I'm gonna try adding some BAC water to the injection to see how that goes once these lumps subside... lol
 
I ran it 10 mg/day (5mg morning and 5mg pre-workout). Loved it. I used it as a bridge between my MOTS/SS31 cycles. Here's what I did:
Week 1-2: 25 mg NAD daily
Week 3-10: 50 mg NAD daily, 2 mg MOTS daily (I prefer this to the large doses 3x/week) and 4mg SS31 daily. Titrated MOTS and SS up first week and down last week
Week 11-12: 25 mg NAD daily, 10 mg 5Amino (split dose)
Week 13-14: 10 mg 5Amino (split dose)
Did you notice any difference in those last weeks between the ones you combined with NAD, and the ones you took it solo? My understanding is it’s supposed to have a good additive effect with the NAD.

Update how that goes if you can please, I will have some of the HVY on hand by end of summer, haven’t tried the pre-mixed aminos before and would be interested to know how a little extra dilution works with those, if it is same as powdered peps or not lol

As soon as I work up the nerve I will, lol. I also started with the powered amino but only went up to 10mg but no ISR so I thought this might be the same. The color is quite different too as it's very dark FYI.
 
The synergy is real. Currently:
SS-31. 10 mg am fasted (daily)
5AM. 50 mg am fasted (daily) (premix 20 ml btl 100 mg/ml)
NAD+. 100 mg am fasted (MWF)

Sleep is awesome but only 5-6 hours per night. Wake up by 5 without the alarm, no nap required.

Only modification I’ve had to make is dropping SLU pre-workout. That was just TOO much energy!

What was your starting mg on SS-31?
 
I am really curious if weight plays a factor in how well this works for people. As NNMT levels are higher in those who are heavier. It is highly likely that those who say it did not work for them are at (or close to) goal weight?
I wondered it is is a bell curve for effectiveness. I saw it mentioned for body building cuts. It is also referenced for obesity. I am neither body builder at 8% body fat looking to trim whatever I can before a show, I am also not obese and haven’t been for over 2.5 years. The 5-amino intrigued me, I am pretty metabolically healthy, and not lean enough to see the difference I think.

@ftv10hb So I don't think I'm going to give it another go. I still have a welt in my right thigh that been there for going on 3 weeks now. I have talked with some others that have had the same issue. I was even able to have HVY himself chime in on the situation and he does not recommend Subq, only IM so I would definitely try that route when using it. Others were reporting it was fine IM but some were also getting the same welt...

Dang I was definitely planning on SubQ lol, now have to reconsider
 
It's excellent. It completely eliminates the fatigue caused by diabetes and Reta treatment. I'm taking 5 mg subcutaneously per day. I tried 10 mg, but it wasn't better, and the drop was too rapid.

I reconstitute it with sterile water for injection. It’s a quaternary ammonium compound, so it’s an antimicrobial. Be careful not to make a mess when you flush the needle: don’t do the injection while wearing clothes you care about.

I've seen people injecting 50 mg a day (not orally, but subcutaneously). According to the research I've read, the dose-response curve flattens out early, below the equivalent of 50 mg in humans. Plus, it's possibly a mutagen, so I wouldn't risk taking high doses. (The color reminds me of ethidium bromide: maybe that's what's holding me back to a lower dose).

What interests me greatly is that this would lower homocysteine levels and erase the epigenetic memory of fat cells, thereby preventing weight regain. We'll talk about it again in a year or two.

I'm doing currently 5-Amino-1MQ SubQ, while taking reta. I titrated it up to 5mg 2x a day, first in the morning 5-6 am and the second dose I take in the afternoon 1-2pm. According to some other dosing sites, it's quite a high dose. Others say, it's still low.

From my own experience I can say, that it's working for me to get the deficit from reta.

I started to take Reta on 27.05.2026, so now a month ago and added 5-Amino-1MQ to the stack. Today I was on a walk with my dog for 1.5 hours, when the sun came up, during the heat. A month ago (when it was still a bit colder), I would come back half dead. Go to bed and the entire day will be over.

And now I'm sitting after a cold shower behind my desk doing some work. And it started with 5-Amino-1MQ. But as full disclosure, I also started to take SS-31. But the significant effect started with 5-Amino-1MQ
 
RS is 40mg in so far this week (5-5-10-10-10) and they report:


"Is this thing on?"
