What's everyone training today?

I do 1 hour on a stair master (level 5 for 5 minute warmup, level 6 for 40 minutes, then intervals from level 6 to 7 and back down to 6 every other minute until I reach 1 hour) which works my legs and lower abs, then I do a weight circuit for about 40 minutes working arms/biceps/triceps and chest. I do this 4X a week, and I just completed week 3 of this program.
 
Crossfit 4-5 days per week, usually involving at least 1 compound lift strength training + metabolic conditioning piece per session.
