I started with 5-Amino subq but I'm surprised there's not more feedback here or elsewhere regarding injection site reactions. First, there's some conflicting info out there on how well it mixes with solutions and some use regular Nacl instead of bac. Some AI will tell you to use dmso as a co-solvent. I asked around STG and other TG forums and it seems many still use bac. I was doing about 5mg per injection subq and honestly I felt great, but the knots (hard, tender lump)/bruising (thighs) from injecting this is unlike any reaction I've had before (it's not like a Tesa/CJC type of reaction; I haven't done Mots-C, but seems a little different from what I've read about those reactions (not histamine related), but can't say firsthand). From other online research, may have something to do with the poor solubility in water (it's technically a small molecule, not a peptide). Anyway, for this reason I just switched to the oral 30mg (from a known vendor) and research shows bioavailability is ~38%, so maybe it's the equivalent of 10-12mg subq. Too early to say how it's going, but I don't feel quite the instant perk up I did from subq. I will report back in a few weeks how I like it, if noticeable.
