Started this transformation journey 5 months ago to the day. Have lost an official 50lbs. Honestly never thought I would come this far, but here I am. I’ve used trt, retatrutide, hgh, and some other peptides. Can’t be happier with the results. Visited a plastic surgeon to look at getting my gyno removed and also the extra skin I now have at the bottom of my stomach, 30 grand lol. Still super happy with how far I have come, just don’t know what to do now..

Looking good! You can always see a dermatologist for loose skin, but some of it will go away with time. I would try tretinoin gel/cream just to see if that helps at all. I am using it now as a preventative along with Palmer's and supplements (vitamin A , vitamin C, collagen, etc).

Reliable Rx for the tretinoin, but it takes a little while to get here. It took like 16 days (just arrived yesterday) after placing the order, partly because USPS took my package on a 3-day tour to Vegas after it already arrived in Phoenix. Then again, it takes a couple weeks just to get a derm appointment. They do not require a prescription (though will allow one to be uploaded for the rare individual who actually does that), and they take credit cards.

To be safe, I am starting with the lowest dose of tretinoin (0.025%), applied at night, using sunscreen during the day. The tubes are on the small side (20 g), so I ordered three. I will be ordering more soon at higher strengths.

By the way, they always call sometime (day or two?) after the order is processed to let you know it will be shipped soon. They are based in India but ship from different countries. The tret was was shipped from the Philippines. No signature was required on delivery, even though USPS tracking said a signature would be required.

A quicker option is using telehealth from GoodRx or Amazon. And that may actually be cheaper with drug coverage from insurance since the shipping cost for Reliable Rx is $18 (flat rate). But I already put in another order for the generic for the newest heartburn med Voquezna, anti-anxiety meds (clonidine) for my dogs, etc. That order was shipped from Germany.

Right now it is taking about 3 weeks if it comes through New York. It’s very subjective at the moment. My last shipment was in New York with customs for 12 days, then it went the whole way to Florida for some reason unbeknownst to me. I stay patiently waiting in Virginia. Lol. The tracking they provide is accurate and the problems are with USPS, not the vendor. I think we need to be patient with all of our overseas vendors at this point.
