Started this transformation journey 5 months ago to the day. Have lost an official 50lbs. Honestly never thought I would come this far, but here I am. I’ve used trt, retatrutide, hgh, and some other peptides. Can’t be happier with the results. Visited a plastic surgeon to look at getting my gyno removed and also the extra skin I now have at the bottom of my stomach, 30 grand lol. Still super happy with how far I have come, just don’t know what to do now..

Looking good! You can always see a dermatologist for loose skin, but some of it will go away with time. I would try tretinoin gel/cream just to see if that helps at all. I am using it now as a preventative along with Palmer's and supplements (vitamin A , vitamin C, collagen, etc).

Where do you buy that? I will definitely try it, thank you for the advice.

Reliable Rx for the tretinoin, but it takes a little while to get here. It took like 16 days (just arrived yesterday) after placing the order, partly because USPS took my package on a 3-day tour to Vegas after it already arrived in Phoenix. Then again, it takes a couple weeks just to get a derm appointment. They do not require a prescription (though will allow one to be uploaded for the rare individual who actually does that), and they take credit cards.

To be safe, I am starting with the lowest dose of tretinoin (0.025%), applied at night, using sunscreen during the day. The tubes are on the small side (20 g), so I ordered three. I will be ordering more soon at higher strengths.

By the way, they always call sometime (day or two?) after the order is processed to let you know it will be shipped soon. They are based in India but ship from different countries. The tret was was shipped from the Philippines. No signature was required on delivery, even though USPS tracking said a signature would be required.

A quicker option is using telehealth from GoodRx or Amazon. And that may actually be cheaper with drug coverage from insurance since the shipping cost for Reliable Rx is $18 (flat rate). But I already put in another order for the generic for the newest heartburn med Voquezna, anti-anxiety meds (clonidine) for my dogs, etc. That order was shipped from Germany.

Or you could just order it directly from an Indian Pharmacy without all the hassle. And probably cheaper. Here's a list of vetted pharmacy options. Shipping as fast as your 16 day experience, or as long as 30 days. Varies greatly.

Had personal experience with buy-pharma.md and alldaychemist.com - I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

I like these injections. https://www.buy-pharma.md/Vitcofol-...ylcobalamin-Niacinamide-Vitamin-C-p-9763.html - filter blunt tip needles recommended if anyone decides to draw up from glass ampoules.

Also stocked up on various antibiotics, which I will say came in handy the other month.

Reliable Rx is an Indian pharmacy, and, from what I see, their pricing and stock is very similar to All Day Chemist).

e.g.

$20 for 3 tubes

$16 for 3 tubes (not including 20 percent off with promo code WELCOME for first order; promo code GET10 otherwise)

Shipping rates are also somewhat different.

Interesting, and I know @AndyPanda is a fan of glutathione injections, which are also sold by them:

And, as you say, they also sell the tret, e.g.

https://www.buy-pharma.md/Tretinoin-p-173.html

So Buy-Pharma.MD may be better for skin needs since they also sell the injectables. (For some other issues like heartburn, Reliable Rx and All Day Chemist would be better since they carry vonoprazan, which is not carried by Buy-Pharma.)

How long do deliveries take with these two places. I just ordered stuff from China where as I usually order from Us Warehouse do used to a week or less.

About two weeks it seems:

I've been doing business with buy-pharma.md for at least 15 years. I've received EACH AND EVERY 100 or so orders delivered to Ohio,USA in 2 weeks or less.

For any rush at all, Amazon telehealth is the way to go (at least to get started since they may only prescribe a small tube a month). Though I have not used them before, they seem much cheaper than I thought:

They want over $30 for Glutathione!? That’s ridiculously expensive.

@AndyPanda how long does it usually take to get your orders from dmonlinemeds?
Right now it is taking about 3 weeks if it comes through New York. It’s very subjective at the moment. My last shipment was in New York with customs for 12 days, then it went the whole way to Florida for some reason unbeknownst to me. I stay patiently waiting in Virginia. Lol. The tracking they provide is accurate and the problems are with USPS, not the vendor. I think we need to be patient with all of our overseas vendors at this point.

Thanks for this--at least I'll be aware of the timeframe so I can work on my patience

@AndyPanda I really appreciate all of your info on this, you've been so very helpful. I'm definitely going to order from him. I think you said the JM Lifesciences was the brand you bought? I wish I could find a decent source of glutathione in the US to hold over until the India ones arrive.

The lowest pricing for tretinoin gel at $1.19 per 20g tube ($24+ for shipping, still cheaper overall than ReliableRx or AllDayChemist):

I bought .05 tretinoin in Mexico and love it. My face and neck have never become dry or peeled. Have you tried the .1 before? I am also curious of what other products you liked from dmonlinemeds?

Yes, but not much since I stopped using the tret/retinol cream during the summer when I became less motivated to use sunscreen during the day. I just started using the topical powder version of GHK-Cu mixed with a moisturizing cream. But I like the oral supplement astaxanthin for UV protection. And I plan to try one of the subq tanning peptides, MT1 (melanotan I) or MT2 (melanotan II), to help with UV protection. As stated in Peptide Protocols by William Seeds, MD, it's a bad idea to use MT1 or MT2 if one has a family history of skin cancer. But, according to Wikipedia, there is no conclusive evidence that MT1 or MT2 can lead to melanoma:

Wikipedia said:
Melanotan-II may cause reversible darkening of moles and freckles. It is unclear if Melanotan II can increase (or reduce) the risk of developing melanoma. Reports of melanomas associated with the use of Melanotan II have coincided with heavy sunbathing and sun bed use. A 2013 scientific review found there was no conclusive evidence it causes melanoma, and a 2021 review concluded "the increased risk of melanoma in Melanotan users, who use it for tanning and exhibit sun-seeking behaviour, can probably be explained by more UV exposure". A 2020 in vivo study found that Melanotan II suppressed the progression of melanomas.

So I plan to go back to using tret/retinol once I have these UV protections in place, as I have never been willing to use sunscreen consistently for long.

Of course, some injectable peptides like GHK-Cu, glutathione, and HGH are also said to be good for the skin, with the most evidence for GHK-Cu. I am on HGH now, so maybe that is already helping with my dry elbows. I read someone on Discord uses glutathione to prevent darkening of moles and freckles while on MT1, while supposedly still getting the tanning benefits of MT1. But it's a little crazy to me since glutathione decreases melanin production while the MTs increase it, and it would make more sense to just use less MT1.

I am also curious of what other products you liked from dmonlinemeds?

I haven't been disappointed with anything from there. Like when I had bad muscle cramps last weekend from working out (along with AAS use before I knew to buy taurine supplements), a single pill of a muscle relaxer, baclofen, stopped the cramps completely. But, of course, it also made me a little sleepy. I still prefer a marijuana gummy before bed instead, like for bruxism at night, since the gummies have antioxidant properties and are all I need for bedtime.

Another favorite of mine from Kawal/dmonlinemeds is meloxicam for dogs, both the oral solution and the tablet versions (like 1 mg and 2.5 mg). He also sells amantadine, which, like pregabalin or its predecessor gabapentin, is increasingly being used as an add-on for pain management for dogs. But for smaller dogs, pregabalin and gabapentin are best from a pet pharmacy like Chewy (since the human version is almost always a capsule that is impossible to split correctly).

I am still a fan of stimulants, especially since I may be working at night sometimes again next year, so I will always have a stash of modafinil, which is practically healthy compared to heart stimulants like albuterol or clenbuterol. Ideally, I will continue to get the more trusted, more FDA-inspected Sun Pharma brand ("Modalert"), even though it costs more.

Great information. I appreciate your insight. I wanted to try M1 and M2 but I won't as my dad has skin cancer and I have had breast cancer. I have been on Ambien for years for sleep. (Since chemo treatments.) The Drs want to transition me over to trazodone. If that doesn't work, I may need to check into the marijuana gummy before bed. Again, I appreciate your insight. 🙂

Wow, glad you are doing well now. With that in mind, HGH would obviously be off the table as well.

Trazodone works great for my spouse's chronic insomnia.

In the beginning, even a quarter of a gummy could make me very sleepy after a while. Now I take a whole one sometimes at night, or sometimes just a half.

If all you need later on is more tret cream, then the Amazon pharmacy is certainly an option, using their primary care telehealth for the Rx. But I haven't tried it myself, and it doesn't seem cheaper than DMOnlineMeds or AllDayChemist for a few tubes, even with shipping.

At some point, I may just go to the derm for a Rx and a mole check, telling the derm I got my existing cream from telehealth. The advantage of getting a Rx seems to be getting the newer, slower-release formulations like "microsphere" that can be less irritating, but I also see those on IndiaMart and AllDayChemist now.

For insomnia, zopiclone seems popular from India, in the same Z-drug class as Ambien (non-benzo sedative-hypnotic). But the other version, Lunesta (eszopiclone), is also available from India and seems better:

As with other Schedule IV controlled substances, I would not store them in my car, haha.

A Gemini-generated table for comparison:

Benzos are not really available from India, and it seems the same may be true of Ambien.

By the way, a heartburn medication from India that does not get enough attention is vonoprazan (advertised on TV here as Voqueza). Another surprise was that India also sells the diabetes medication Farxiga for cheap, made by the same brand-name manufacturer AstraZeneca. In India, it is sold as Forxiga. Same for a similar drug for Jardiance.
