What do you eat in a day on Tirz/Reta?

Breakfast: some sort of protein enriched baked oats with lots of fiber
Lunch: meal prep hearty soup or rice/beans/chicken for work
Dinner: it varies, i try to get a protein and carb in.

Typically getting 1700-1900 calories a day

Breakfast: 2 eggs in grass fed butter, Protein Shake
Lunch: Steak Salad (3oz) with avacado, blue cheese crumbles, tomato, house vinagerette dressing
Dinner: Steak or Chicken with Sweet Potato
 
For me, it depends on the day.
B-Fast: 2 whole wheat English muffins with turkey sausage (flame away all you want on the processed meat), high protein yogurt, and berries.
Lunch: premade salad from the store and maybe a protein shake
Dinner: Crockpot meal of the week. I'm usually around 1600-1700 calories.

Sometimes on the weekends I'll skip the salad for lunch and just do a protein shake. I'll add those veggies to something like chicken and rice for dinner.
 
Seeing all of these responses is really clueing me in to the fact I am not eating enough. I just forget to eat. I was like that before tirz though (adhd galore)

Breakfast- nothing
Lunch- usually nothing
Dinner- whatever we've made for the family. If I don't like it, I pick at it. I am realizing I am reverting to a 2 year old in my food choices. It has to be 'just right' or I don't eat anything. I don't eat anything processed or junk. But unless it is freshly prepped veggies and chicken/salmon with brown rice I basically don't eat.
On a good day I'll do eggs in the morning and have either Brussel sprouts, fresh green beans, asparagus and salmon for dinner.

I hate protein shakes/bars and don't like fruit really, something about how it feels to chew fruits...eurgh. Love veggies. Like meat. Like homemade bread. I do take a whole food multivitamin but still, I need to get it together. I feel like my kids eat all day long.

I’ve been on Tirz for about 3 months now and I’m down about 20 pounds. I’ve been working out and eating right, for the most part. I’m just curious what everyone else is eating on these meds. Bonus points if you share what you were eating in an average day at your highest weight too. Trying to get a picture of how much appetite is truly curbed.
Breakfast: 2 protein bars and a protein shake
Lunch: 8 oz of chicken, 2 cheese sticks, 2 hard boiled eggs and a 1/2 cup of carrots
Dinner: 8 oz of ground beef, 1 cup of broccoli, 3 eggs and 300 grams of white rice. (maybe dessert)

Above is Mainly for my work days (Freight handling and heavy steps of 15k +) Off days are a bit different but I track all of my food with MyFitnessPal. I hit 200 grams a day (fear of muscle loss)
