What do you eat in a day on Tirz/Reta?

476 cal 37g protein - I usually eat the same meal daily

Breakfast: some sort of protein enriched baked oats with lots of fiber
Lunch: meal prep hearty soup or rice/beans/chicken for work
Dinner: it varies, i try to get a protein and carb in.

Typically getting 1700-1900 calories a day

Breakfast: 2 eggs in grass fed butter, Protein Shake
Lunch: Steak Salad (3oz) with avacado, blue cheese crumbles, tomato, house vinagerette dressing
Dinner: Steak or Chicken with Sweet Potato
 
For me, it depends on the day.
B-Fast: 2 whole wheat English muffins with turkey sausage (flame away all you want on the processed meat), high protein yogurt, and berries.
Lunch: premade salad from the store and maybe a protein shake
Dinner: Crockpot meal of the week. I'm usually around 1600-1700 calories.

Sometimes on the weekends I'll skip the salad for lunch and just do a protein shake. I'll add those veggies to something like chicken and rice for dinner.
 
Seeing all of these responses is really clueing me in to the fact I am not eating enough. I just forget to eat. I was like that before tirz though (adhd galore)

Breakfast- nothing
Lunch- usually nothing
Dinner- whatever we've made for the family. If I don't like it, I pick at it. I am realizing I am reverting to a 2 year old in my food choices. It has to be 'just right' or I don't eat anything. I don't eat anything processed or junk. But unless it is freshly prepped veggies and chicken/salmon with brown rice I basically don't eat.
On a good day I'll do eggs in the morning and have either Brussel sprouts, fresh green beans, asparagus and salmon for dinner.

I hate protein shakes/bars and don't like fruit really, something about how it feels to chew fruits...eurgh. Love veggies. Like meat. Like homemade bread. I do take a whole food multivitamin but still, I need to get it together. I feel like my kids eat all day long.

I’ve been on Tirz for about 3 months now and I’m down about 20 pounds. I’ve been working out and eating right, for the most part. I’m just curious what everyone else is eating on these meds. Bonus points if you share what you were eating in an average day at your highest weight too. Trying to get a picture of how much appetite is truly curbed.
Breakfast: 2 protein bars and a protein shake
Lunch: 8 oz of chicken, 2 cheese sticks, 2 hard boiled eggs and a 1/2 cup of carrots
Dinner: 8 oz of ground beef, 1 cup of broccoli, 3 eggs and 300 grams of white rice. (maybe dessert)

Above is Mainly for my work days (Freight handling and heavy steps of 15k +) Off days are a bit different but I track all of my food with MyFitnessPal. I hit 200 grams a day (fear of muscle loss)

You do have to eat or you will lose muscle mass, which is not ideal

You just described an ideal eating day for me lol!

I guess I should've told you the full day! I usually have a protein shake with two scoops of whey protein and fruit and skim milk for breakfast. 68 g of protein in about 550 cal. I drink around 80 oz of water throughout the day. I usually don't eat lunch, then around three or four I'll have the above pictured chicken dinner I prepped at home. A couple hours later I'll have an apple, maybe a couple of light string cheese sticks, and before bed I'll have a 20 g of protein Chobani yogurt drink. I sleep like a baby!

I shoot for under 1600 cal and over 100 g of protein daily.
 
Lost 19lbs on Reta in May alone. I eat a Factor meal normally 45g protein and 20g carbs. Make a smoothie with AG1, creatine, BCAAS, 60g worth of straight whey, L-Carnitine, and Green banana powder all for breakfast. Have another smaller protein smoothie at lunch, about 30g protein. And then fast the rest of the day.

Seems to be working. Total is around 140g protein, 50g Carbs, and about 1100 calories. Also drink oodles and oodles of water.

Day of and next day after Tirz injection, almost nothing, because I cant. Rest of the week, sub survival amounts because the GI effects are too severe and I have zero appetite most of the time. Trying to make it 8 weeks to see if this can last, but I'm on week 6 and have serious doubts I can stay on this for another 2 weeks.
This sounds awful what’s your dose? I am on 4.5 right now and have been avoiding going up because of these symptoms.
 
Not often. Was carnivore for almost 3 years before jumping on Reta.
What did you eat on that diet plan? Do you feel you’re missing nutrients without vegetables?

Also, you should know that your comment sent me into a total spiral that ended with me demanding chat gbt tell me if “eating your veggies” is a ploy by “Big Farmers” (instead of big pharma 🤣 I laugh at my own jokes) I was legitimately having a meltdown
