I might be crazy, but I am giving it a go. Lost 35 pounds over 4.5 months of Tirz compound, got up to 8.5mg tirz and that dose didn't like me. Went back to 6.5mg tirz and added reta at 1.0 mg for 3 weeks. 1mg per week of reta and 6 of Tirz once per week. I didnt notice anything. Reta increased to 1.5 mg per week and tirz still at 6 mg. I gained 3 pounds. So reta has been pinned for 6 weeks now. I get sweats at night now, I wake up before my alarm now, and I just run a little hot all the time. All to be expected.... I guess? Scale finally moved after 4 weeks and going in the direction I want. I plan to titrate down tirz and be.fully reta in a couple months. My fear is my knee and wrist pain will.return. I really want to experience the liver visceral fat decline with reta, i got a big beer belly, but my knee pain is the most positive thing of all. Call me a fat ass, but I won't care if the knees are feeling prime. Im goiing to lean hard on reta for 4 more weeks. I will update in 4 weeks.

I have been on Reta for 3 months. Down around 25 pounds. Food noise is back and I have been holding steady for three weeks. I have horrible skin sensitivity all the time. I have Tirz on order, so I am going to give it a whirl. Haven’t decided of I am going to do both or just go with straight Tirz. I need to find a good starting dosage.

I'm just learning and trying my best to make good decisions for me. We are all learning... if I have to give any advice early on at this point.... tirz helped my knee pain the most, and yeah, I lost weight, too.

Let me know if you find anything for the skin sensitivity, because that's what made me quit Reta. I've seen people suggest: antihistamines, electrolytes (with hydration), Guaifensin (Mucinex), and Zinc supplements.

Tirz was a godsend for me and I lost a ton of weight on it alone. But I'd like to get back onto Reta for maintenance and its other health benefits.

Update: I have completely stopped tirz as of 3 weeks ago and reta only. I have 10 pins of reta in me with dose increased within my comfort level. My most recent pin was an increase from 3mg to reta @ 4mg. Looking back, I wish I would have started at 2mg, I'm a big guy, but everyone is different. Rhr about 7 beats above normal. Sleep is weird. I do sleep and all my markers on app from watch are good except duration. I get about 5 to 5.5 hours a night but I wake up feeling well rested and wide awake. My knees, well, I am starting to feel them after months of no pain. Not bad, but I feel them. Wrist pain still gone. If knee trend still heads downward I will probably add a little Tirz back in. I do have some kvp coming but it's not here yet.

Nice!...I am sure you are aware of BPC-157 and TB500 as well...they are a little bit of a slow build for me, but they are starting to do wonders for my chronic back pain....Good job and GL!
