Recently switched my tirz from 20mg/ml to 30mg/ml. S
To go ahead and take less juice.

I remember seeing someone that said Reta needs more bac water than that or it might not reconstitute properly, which sounds like horseshit to me.

But I just finished a bottle last week ready to make another and id like the higher concentration. Thats horse doodoo that I need more than 2ml to reconstitute, right?

Reta and Tirz have a max solubility around 80mg/ml.
My go-to concentrations are 25 mg/ml. This allows me to stay around 0.30 to 0.40 ml per injection. Since I put volumes of 0.8 ml or 1.2 ml into the vial, I prefer using 1 ml syringes to get a better reading than with 3 ml ones.

Why not decide based on your dose? Just pick a concentration which will result in a reasonable number of units (for your dose) - not too small or too large. I consider 20–30 units to be good. What do people aim for, generally?

Yes very good point, and this is the basis for reverse calculators.

And also the fact that the nominal mass of the vial shouldn't be relied on anyway, so nice round recon amounts like 2mL shouldn't be relied on. I just saw a Jano CoA from a month ago for Uther elora with mass 33% higher than nominal. Very good, but also very very bad.

There was a chart about 1.5 years ago that showed "ideal" amounts to mix with various peptides.

I think the question was framed around what works as well as what is the minimum amount needed to effectively "mix" the mass.

this is why this response resulted in thread closed.

This is generally not an issue until you get into large Mass like 60mg etc as most people are not going to mix such small amounts.

Sorry I do not have the chart, maybe someone else does.

Most of my GLPs mass results are in the +5-10% range...I kinda just figure the extra goes towards the filtering tax and dose based on nominal...But yeah, with a huge difference, I'd start mathing based on the mass result...

I can't remember where the information came from, whether it was an article or a patent. For bibliographic searches, I ask Gemini, it's faster than I am.

I plan to buy some 60 mg in my next order. That will be 6 doses, so 1.8 ml or 2.4 ml. I'll probably stick with 25 mg/ml.

Ya, at 8mg i slammed 27 units after I started this thread. I think people generally aim for as little as possible.

Just as an aside, already taking so much glp1 that unexpected mass and extra mg aren't going to affect me all.that much, in the last 23 pounds of my weight loss and shooting for the moon to get to goal.

Hopefully can taper down some when i get to where I wanna be. Till then its balls to the wall.
