I wasn't going to post anything but I know that these threads always helped to motivate me. SW216 CW175 GW165 .My dosing protocol is in the shotsy screenshot. I'm still working through my Nexa 12mg kit. Of note I didn't do nearly anything else. By that I mean I didn't take anything else , I didn't materially alter my diet*, I didn't materially alter my schedule , etc. I didn't suddenly join a gym or try to get a magical number of steps in per day. This may have been slightly less efficient but I wanted to just do a single thing and see what the results were. I'll get some blood work in the next few weeks and post my before and after numbers.

*The only real diet change was to swap creamer in my coffee with a scoop of Ryze protein powder. I also tracked all my caloric intake as well as I could with the MyNetDiary app. Outside of that my power rack in the garage continued to gather dust, my fridge wasn't full of brown rice , chicken and broccoli. It was quite literally the "laziest" diet I've ever been on. My average calories (tracked) was approximately 1400 and that is probably 10-15% low compared to reality which I would guess is closer to 1600.

Thanks for sharing! I love to see the steady progress while still keeping the dosages relatively low and only titrating up when necessary. If I’m looking at that correctly, those are twice weekly injections, right? I appreciate the commentary about keeping everything else consistent (merely in the context of a controlled trial, not a recommendation.) Congrats on your progress! What’s next for you?

Yeah twice weekly , missed once when I forgot to bring a filled pin on a little vacation.

Next? Well from a pep standpoint I'm about done planning. Going to run CJC/Ipa and Bpc/TB/Kpv next. The basics. We will see how my bloodwork comes out and look into TRT either prescription or more gray if needed as well as some 2.5/5mg daily Tadalafil (lot of systemic benefits as well as the obvious with really good safety profile). Gym work and speed training (golf) is back on.

From a reta standpoint I'm not really sure on what to do. My current plan is to extend my shot days for a few weeks and see how I feel and what my weight does. So just go every 4 days, then every 5, then 6. We will see how that goes, the maintenance plan is pretty murky as there is very little hard data.
