The craziest is bfflist.com using "L" for tirzepitide, apparently as a way to avoid attention from the feds.
I like to think of it as a tribute to Lilly 😂

They are legit. That is what SRY does as well (at least for existing customers who are grandfathered in with using Ali pay).
