Has anyone tried this stack? It seems like it'd be decent for helping to optimize natural testosterone production.

I have zero experience with any of these, but conceptually:
FOX would work on removing senescent Leydig cells
Testagen could then stimulate Leydig cells further, supporting the gene expression for protein synthesis in testes.
ACE stimulates Leydig cell function.
Kisspeptin stimulates LH and FSH, boosting testosterone.

In terms of order of operations, that seems to be right. Get rid of the bad cells, start boosting the good ones, increase them further, and then finally get the LH and FSH pushed up. I'll keep you anonymous unless you want to chime in, but thank you for the DM reminding me about Testagen and Kisspeptin.

This is more for curiosity than anything. While I'm of the age that many men have gone on TRT, I don't yet have any of the symptoms (besides being a fatty) that would warrant it and thus have avoided doing so. Not looking to toss in HCG or any of the heavier stuff for the purposes of thinking about how guys might want to approach optimizing "natural" production prior to or in lieu of exogenous hormones.

I've researched kisspeptin for testosterone boost. It doesn't work, unless you're ready to pin it several times a day, or do an infusion. It does acutely elevate LH and FSH reliably though.

You also need to find if you have primary or secondary hypogonadism before diving in. No amount of peptide will overcome primary hypogonadism.

I use enclomiphene now, and I've responded well to it. Good luck!

So you want to run several peptides with limited human trials in lieu of proven and well tested solutions like HCG? Not to mention the latter is significantly cheaper. Why?

As mentioned enclomiphene may be a better option.

But you should get your test levels checked to see if you even really need to 'optimize' levels.

I would skip that stack. I'd try some boron, black maca, tongkat Ali, shilajit, and mega dose some vitamin d with k, and ashwagandha.

Look into some of these. They can have ok effects for some people if you are just trying a "natural/herbal" approach.

But if you want 100% guaranteed effects, then test or enclomiphene is the only way. I'd skip clomiphene because of the zuclomiphene isomer that can cause eye floaters in some. I wouldn't worry about hcg unless Fertility matters to you.

Hopefully some of this will help.

I just finished a similar stack using Kisspeptin every morning and Tesamorelin every evening for 6 weeks. Prior to this stack I did a ipamorelin /BPC157 stack for 8 weeks. Prior to starting the ipa/bp stack I checked my labs with blood work from LabCorp. My total T was 500 (fine) and free T was 4 (LOW! below 7.2 is low). After my 2 months on ipa/bp my total T went from 500 to 664 and my free T went from 4 to 7.8 which put both numbers in the normal zone. In addition I ordered a SexHormoneBindingGlobin (SHBG) and it was at the high end of normal at 72. Being encouraged by these results I switched to Tesamorelin and added the Kisspeptin. Because of the elevated SHBG I also added a DIM supplement. I just finished my 6 weeks and go for blood work this week again . My hypothesis is that my free and total T will be higher but we shall see? I’ll keep you posted. I doubt the BPC had anything to do with the T increase . I was adding that due to a torn meniscus , but I really feel the GHRP really moved the needle for me. Hoping the GHRH and KISS moved it even further. I also have been adding red light to the gimmies daily while sitting in an IR sauna so maybe that has helped too ? My next experiment with labs included will be af a 6-8 week course off testagen. I would also like to add in prostamax and some finesteride as I’m getting to that age where I am seeing some signs of prostatic hypertrophy. Afraid the finesteride will tank all the positive work I’ve done but that’s why they call this “research”.
