After 90 days on Tirz....

Been on tirz for 90 days and having good results. Haven't had any side effects whatsoever. Pinned Thursday And Saturday morning woke up with hives on legs that continued to worsen and spread. Wasn't reacting to Benadryl so I ended up calling telehealth for prednisone.

It has been a stressful week so I suppose it could be from that but I'm just curious if anyone else has had this happen to them and discovered it was because of tirzepetide.

I haven’t had it happen to me but I have seen similar reactions in photos posted by others.

Tirz can cause hives, eczema, and a few more skin issues. You can buy OTC meds for that also Zyrtec and allegra take both at once .
By the way I am a nurse, or have TeleHealth give you oral corticosteroids.

Thanks! I got prednisone (3 pills on so far) and have been taking Allegra hives and Benadryl. I think I was finally improving. Really just hoping it's not caused from the tirz but from stress.

Yes Stress can cause hives also.
