So I had planned on starting a few weeks ago and I ended up with norovirus and then Covid right after that. So it’s been a rough few weeks. Once again, I’m a male about 80 to 100 pounds overweight and I’m really hoping this will be the tool to help me on my weight loss/better health journey.

I’m really looking forward to doing this and hopefully once and for all losing the weight without yo-yoing up and down 40 pounds at a time. I am completely exhausted from trying to lose the same weight for the last 15 years. I appreciate how kind and helpful everyone here has been And I’m looking forward to hopefully one day also being helpful to others here.

I I will keep you all posted on my progress!

I love tirz. 60 yo male. 6'0" sw was 201 and got to 171 in 3 months on 2.5 tirz. At the end I started to lose less weight but that's because there wasn't much fat. It was great. Week 2 got me with bad constipation followed by a day of crapping my brains out. After that, the weight just flew off. Find a food you know will make you go so if you feel stopped up, you can eat it.

I switched to reta to see of the glucagon will help get me under 15% body fat. It gives me more energy but the appetite supression is lower but I know the glucagon is working OT.

Curious on your thought process of choosing Tirz over Reta or Sema. I was deciding between Reta and Tirz and chose Reta since it is a triple agonist instead of a double agonist.

I know somebody on Tirzepatide that has had good results, so that’s just kind of the one I gravitated towards. I’ve also heard from some that they did not have as much of an appetite suppressing effect on Reta as they did with tirz. At some point I might try Reta.

I chose Triz for similar reasons good friend with a medical background (RN) advised that it offered better control of food noise. She had great results so I followed her advice. So far the results have been great for me. Best of luck to you as you start with the process.
