They are a bear! I am determined and will fight all the way if I have to. LOLLast 5 are the hardest. I gave up fighting for it. Then I walked over 5 miles in NYc for 3 days in a row and lost it. Go figure. I swim 3 times a week( do a mile) and lift weights , Les Mills body pump. It was the walking. Now I am up and down only 2 lbs.
