New potential uses for popular peptides 🙂

MOTS-c:

The present study is the first to provide evidence that MOTS-c may be a promising therapeutic target for neuropathic pain.
In a study in which vascular calcification was induced in rats through treatment with vitamin D3 and nicotine, subsequent treatment with MOTS-c markedly reduced blood pressure, preserved normal heart structure and decreased vascular stiffness. These findings demonstrate that MOTS-c can improve cardiovascular and vascular abnormalities caused by vascular calcification.

SS-31:

SS-31 markedly improved the behavioral indices and significantly mitigated the damage to the sciatic nerve
SS-31 has the potential to be an effective drug candidate for headache treatment.

SS-31, as a mitochondrial protectant, could improve mitochondrial function and promote the healing of tendinopathy.
Google Gemini said:
Studies have indicated that SS-31 can improve mitochondrial function in tendon cells and promote the healing process in injured tendons.

GHK-Cu:

Research in animal models has indicated that GHK-Cu may protect diabetic rats from kidney-damaging fibrosis by increasing decorin, an anti-inflammatory proteoglycan.

The GHK-Cu peptide should be considered a promising neuroprotective agent capable of preventing the development of common age-associated neurodegenerative disorders.

And my new favorite Selank IN - now getting some of the best sleep I've had in many years. Sub Q selank semax I wasn't a fan of but the already prepared IN is completely different.
Selank sub q does work as well? I have some left in my freezer that I tried in nasal spray, didn't do shit.

Do you mean IM, or else what's IN?

Sub q selank and semax were not for me. I didn't have good results. Sub q selank made me tired and irritable; not relaxed and semax jittery. Will effect everyone differently of course.

Nasal selank has been great for sleep with my Epi Dsip sleep stack as well as general anxiety. It's just enough of a dose for me with a relaxing effect.

They work for me subq. .5 to 1mg is perfect. I took a bigger dose to see what would happen, and I didnt like that feeling. Felt like I had taken xanax.
That's great !!

I tried 150-200mcg; very low. Turns out even lower is better for me ... lol 😂 and or maybe it's the direct to blood brain barrier; idk but 1-2 squirts is plenty.

Just selank or semax too?
I’ve tried both of these and was disappointed twice. I think Pinealon is more effective and if you grew up drinking water with fluoride in it, you might need it anyway. It’s also neuro protective.

Interesting, what effect do you have from it?

I've heard it can be disappointing for some. Not in my case. I guess I'm sensitive to these. I may hold off on them to see Mots-c on its own.

I have been looking into Pinealon. Have you stacked it with Epitalon?
