Ordered from bfflist, got the below. Is this delay normal?
The payment has been confirmed.

Under normal circumstances,Ship within 48 hours after payment is completed.(One day delay on non-working days.)



But,due to the booming sales of vacuum vials,

our company also worked overtime on the weekend,

however we had to conduct multiple internal tests on the research products(Only when the purity level exceeds 99% and the quantity meets the standard requirements) before shipping them out.

Therefore, it may need to be sent within 18 days.

From the time it was sent,

The goods will arrive within 7-10 days

That sounds like they had a batch test internally under 99% so they're delaying for a new batch, but who really knows lol

I placed an order of Tirz with BFFLIST more than ten days ago, but I am still don't get the tracking number, I exchange emails with binh and was told that "for security reasons, we have paused sending out tracking numbers."
I am confused because I see people here that placed orders after the date I did it and got tracking numbers and fast delivering.
Although BFFLIST told me to contact them to get delivery updates, that is very inconvenient. I am in a limbo now regarding my order.
I wonder if somebody here has the same problem.

Same here. Will post when it arrives (hopefully). They mentioned being really busy at the moment and it looks like a batch of reta rested below 99%. So perhaps just a temporary thing.

I got the same email but mine still arrived a few days after. I'd ask Binh why yours is taking so long.

I ordered R5 on a week ago. Upgraded for a small difference to R10 which was sent out on Friday and it arrived today, Monday. Pinned .5mg recently.
