I switch to Tirz and they are shipping right away. Must just be something with the current batch of Reta.

I placed an order of Tirz with BFFLIST more than ten days ago, but I am still don't get the tracking number, I exchange emails with binh and was told that "for security reasons, we have paused sending out tracking numbers."
I am confused because I see people here that placed orders after the date I did it and got tracking numbers and fast delivering.
Although BFFLIST told me to contact them to get delivery updates, that is very inconvenient. I am in a limbo now regarding my order.
I wonder if somebody here has the same problem.

Same here. Will post when it arrives (hopefully). They mentioned being really busy at the moment and it looks like a batch of reta rested below 99%. So perhaps just a temporary thing.

Please forgive my ignorance. Looking at BFFLIST, is L-30, 30mg, so I get 10 vials, each 30mg? And then I just need to find someplace to purchase the water? And is L-30 Tirz?
That is correct, L is Tirz, though depending on overfill it might be 10 vials of 31mg or 32 with bff.

what has everyone results looked like with Tirz from Bfflist amo? I’m coming from compound, 9 weeks in 36 pounds down. Looking to start reconstituting myself as I pay out of pocket. After 3 days of searching the internet I’ve found my way to this forum and few other places. I’d prefer a us based warehouse to avoids customs if anyone has recommendations but at this point I just want reliable, and “safe” with good results!
I just wanted to share, reconstituted my first vial today! And took my first shot today! Yay! 2.5mg Tirz after being on Sema since November at the Dr office. Got up to 2.25 on Sema and the past 2 months have been at a stall, and super hungry all the time. Really hoping the Tirz does the trick and gets me back on track. You think I can titrate up more quickly than just monthly?
You may not need to and there are advantages to not being in a rush, but some do titrate sooner if they have no side effects.
I lost more at 2.5mg than other doses, a lot more, 23lbs in first 5 weeks while at 2.5mg, but your results can be different. Be patient and use it as a tool to help and try to help it do it's job and you will do great!
