I believe this order was processed and shipped right before they started labeling batches, as the package arrived with no batch information on the package.

I finally got around to reconstituting the puck (3mL+filtered) and injecting my RS w/ 5mg this morning, no ISR or discomfort reported. Subject indicates they are feeling similar effects compared to compounded and retail.

I realize that this timeframe included some contradictory reports, but I'm just chiming in that all seems well here.

Update:

48hr+ since last shot and food noise/hunger are substantial while typical side effects are diminished compared to retail 5mg.

I’m a bit concerned now about effectiveness. I have no desire to spend money on getting my batch tested though.

eh, idk if you can really weigh such a small sample size based around feels with any real accuracy like this. as most can attest to on here, we've all had periods of increased food noise/hunger. that's likely just a body and brain thing and unlikely to have anything to do with amo's manufacturing.

5mg is also a relatively small dose. idk how long you've been on your tirz journey for but at least for me when i was on name brand zepbound 2.5mg and 5mg the effects wore off relatively quickly for me. idk about 48 hours, but definitely by day 4 and 5 it felt like (again, this is feels based, but since it's name brand i feel more confident in trusting my feels on this) it decreased and by day 6 and 7 i was super hungry. it wasn't until i got up to 7.5/10mg where that problem went away mostly.

amo has a pretty good reputation around purity from what i've seen. their fill rates are usually decent as well (don't expect the super overfill like some vendors though). as long as you're not getting ISR's/stinging, i would consider things a-ok.

I'm not a big believer in evaluating the quality of how a drug was prepared based upon how the drug feels when you take it. I recall reading a few social media posts where users of Mounjaro complained that Zepbound (exactly the same drug, although labelled differently) didn't work as well for them. It's not that I dispute what you're experiencing or what the folks who posted on social media said as to how the drug worked for them. However, using the same drug from the same place, I get different results and different side effects by week. For me to know that a drug was poorly made or well made, I'd need to have test results. This is a different situation than when people, for instance, complained about stinging with Ampopure (now Amolist) because that's an immediate response.

thanks everyone for the feedback. i'm only week 2 of 5mg, after slowly titrating up 1mg a week from 2.5 because side effects weren't pleasant.

i realize the human endocrine system is complex and everything is subjective as well. who knows, maybe i just need to start the journey up to 7.5 next week by going to 6.
