I bought Amo back in mid September. Had a different vial that I needed to finish researching. I finally used my Amo vial in research. Vial had good vacuum. Peptide was in a few large solid chunks. Took ~5-10 min to dissolve with a chunk on the wall that was stubborn. It finally all dissolved. Injected the RS. RS reported absolutely no burning.

Would I buy Amo again? Unsure. The burning reports are quite scary. But their site is great, prices are decent, they accepted Alibaba Pay, and support was great.

Same experience and thoughts with an Oct t30 buy

Glad to see some positive responses. Ordered L60 October 2, but still have 10mg compound so I haven’t reconstituted yet.

How come you're unsure if you're not getting the burning sensation yourself? Is it just that others are reporting it with T30?

Just wondering 🙂

Amo hasn't said exactly what the problem is and they seemingly haven't totally resolved it since we still see occasional reports. So I would likely do a different vendor or a group buy to guarantee I don't ever experience what folks have had happen.

Even if Amo does say what the problem is, I would be wary. This is why testing your samples is important.

Right now, they're at the "it's normal for injections to burn for 20 minutes!" stage, so hopefully we'll find out more info from people around the communities testing regularly.

They've basically stunted their own growth. Had they over corrected ("We found the issue, it is X. We will ship you free replacements, and will do Y for it to never happen again"), they'd probably be the supreme vendor. Because other than price, they win on almost everything else for the main GLP's.

So I have been searching and can't find it. However. L10,L20, 60 etc is what amopure website labels for tirzepatide correct?

Interested on how many have burning with amopure vendor. I’ve been on med for months and never had any burning from other vendors.

I’ve had several kits in my Amo cart and thought about clicking purchase, was so close. But all the stinging reports and lackluster response from the company has kept me from it. I decided to delete the bookmark from my list of vendors, as I won’t be ordered from them.

AMO doesn’t have a server anywhere do they? It’s a shame they aren’t doing what they need to build a positive reputation. Just be forthcoming and play it straight, and you’ll build cred. The market is evolving so quickly with consumers demanding transparency and taking testing into their own hands that the way AMO is handling this issue is very self defeating.

Glad it’s not burning for you. I don’t “think” the burning is necessarily something to be scared about. There does seem to be more reports of it from users who have experience with other vendors and have not had previous ISRs. I suspect it may have something to do with their lyophilization process and whatever excipients they use. Perhaps some individuals are more sensitive to whatever ingredients they are using. Some issues may be user technique.

The vendor also told at least 2 people I know of that they have recently changed from whatever they were using before to mannitol so maybe they’ve fixed the stinging issue or maybe they’re just blowing smoke. That seems like a long time for the pucks to dissolve.

A large group of us went in on testing with Peptide Test of their tirz in August which had good purity & fill results but failed sterility. Separate testing in another group also had a failed sterility test by Janoshik. This may or may not matter to you. Some are of the opinion this is not a big deal as sterility testing was not commonly done before and there is a low likelihood of serious infection with a subcutaneous injection. But it may reflect other poor manufacturing practices. If sterility does matter to you, you can buy .22 micron PES syringe filters to remove most contaminants without removing your peptide.

I will likely use my product with a filter but not likely to order from them again anytime soon. I did like the ease of ordering but not the $60 shipping which I wasn’t paying close attention to at the time.
