Amopure labor day L60 full review and usage

About to reconstitute recent order and inject RS to see if current batch of L60 burns or not.

Package received with no issues or damage. Very discrete package. Only 1 vial had a busted puck but all else looked fine. I will PH test after reconstitution and before injection . Fresh bottle of Hospira Bac to make sure no issues on reconstitution. Perfect vacuum, vaccum pulled 2ml in with no issues . Reconstitution is clear with a few bubbles. Ph looks to be a 4 maybe 5. Injection of 3mg I felt the triz on pressing the plunger maybe a 2 out of 10. Lasted 2-5 min. Sub q lateral thigh. I have an order of Cagrilintide that burns 7 out of 10 so this is good to go for now. I took this dose a few days early so I lowered the dose for science. Will report back tomorrow if i feel the effect. I currently have prescription grade mounjaro i have used for 8 weeks. It does not burn at all. Im happy so far. If i dont respond im prbly dead or busy (i have 4 daughters). (Still feel a little burn but nothing compared to cagri from astropeptide. Added lateral quad sub Q

Thanks so much. Question? I grabbed some test strips..new bac water from Q.. going to open new vial tomorrow. Should I test water...pep... and after recon? If so or if not.... what exactly should I be looking for far as ph??

I would test and document everything. I wanted to use the best Bac I could to rule out that as an issue if it burned. I didn't want any blam going to the bac if the product failed. I'm sure smarter individuals will chime in but staying in the 5-7 range would feel better on injection. Some have said that ph isn't a huge deal and that it may still sting due to inert ingredients. I can't speak on this due to my lack of knowledge. Just good rule of thumb is document your process and share if any issue.

I would test and document everything. I wanted to use the best Bac I could to rule out that as an issue if it burned. I didn't want any blam going to the bac if the product failed. I'm sure smarter individuals will chime in but staying in the 5-7 range would feel better on injection. Some have said that ph isn't a huge deal and that it may still sting due to inert ingredients. I can't speak on this due to my lack of knowledge. Just good rule of thumb is document your process and share if any issue.

60 is the amount of mg in a vial. It comes in a kit of 10 vials. So L60 is 10 vials of 60mg of powder. You would also need to get some bacteristatic water.

the powder in the vial is usually solid and referred to as a puck. there are some visual indications of bad lyophilization process that could mean the product will degrade faster than expected.

a broken puck is not a problem, even a little bit. it just means the vial shaken. Most finishers use mannitol but amo seems to use something a little more brittle and almost always has broken pucks.

New the site. - I was buying in bulk and am close to running out and all my sites are no more. Based on the posts here, maybe not all the vials from Amopure are consistent, and/or a PH precaution everyone takes? Any advice if purchasing from them? How long do shipments typically take? Amo is really fast with shipping and payment is convenient because you can pay with Paypal via Alibaba Pay. Full disclosure: I have bought from them (T30 kit) but have not yet tried their product. They have an abnormally high number of complaints about stinging, but not everyone experiences it, and there are many happy customers, so it's a crapshoot. There was recently a large group test of their product and it looked good as far as purity and fill amount goes. They did fail sterility testing recently, but so did a bunch of other well known vendors. Ultimately you have to come to grips that you're buying from Chinese black market drug dealers and this isn't going to be the telehealth/compounding pharmacy experience that many are used to.

Ordered L30 last month. Reconstituted tonight with 2ml bac water. There was some stuck to the side of vial at first but went away after rolling and leaving it alone for an hour. Vacuum was there.

Used a syringe filter and transferred to new sterile vial.
I think the Amo stopper sucks. You can see where I punctured it each time. Can't see anything on the new vial. I used a 25g, 1.5 inch needle. Think it would be worth it to transfer to a new vial whether or not you use a filter. I'd be worried about dulling the needle and tunneling with the Amo stopper.

RS only got 4 units today, but NO stinging. Will be giving RS 14 units on Sunday so will update if there is stinging then or not. Will also update later in the week for effectiveness.

West End Medical for vials and 3ml leur lock syringe with 25g 1.5 inch needle, Peptide Test for filters. If you plan on reconstituting a lot, I'd buy needle and syringe separately since you'd waste a syringe every time. I'm debating whether or not to save the extra syringe
