how do you deal with it? Get new vials? Add more bac water next time? I only added 100 units (1 syringe) of bac water… will adding more next time help dilute it?AMO (that's the original name of that vendor) adds something to their vials that occasionally causes this.
I think not using 1 ml BAC for 45mg would go a long way, as stated in your other thread.Ho

great thx. Think using 3 100 units of bac water will help?I think not using 1 ml BAC for 45mg would go a long way, as stated in your other thread.
So many possibilities but amo/bff is arguably the least likely as it is widely consumed and there has not been stinging issues reported in 6+ months.
I currently pin 12.5mg of the L60 weekly.
The rest of the list of possibilities is long, but here are a few threads on it:

tough to say, i dont know what you are pinning or what caused this.Ok

Ok thanks! Sorry new to thread and figure it out. I have 45 mg of tirzepatidetough to say, i dont know what you are pinning or what caused this.
If you are pinning 15mg you could easily put 1.5 ml/cc
but that reaction from tirz does not appear to be a concentration problem, i don't claim to be an expert but i have pinned a bunch.
That looks like either something in the water/something on the skin/cleaning was not done properly, bad BAC, or as you said in one of the many other threads you have on this- not related at all to the tirz on the prednisone will clear it up.
Did you tell telehealth you are using tirz? did they comment?
you might want to pick on thread and ask all there, you will get as better picture.
Personally I find that reconstituting towards achieving a fluid volume in the .2-.5ml range is usually best for most peptides.
More fluid volume also results in more accurate dosing.
Using 100 units of water. One syringe full to mix tirzThank you and thank you for your patience as I navigate this site! I’m doing my best ! Has this reaction ever happened to you? I think it’s either bad bac water or not enough bac water for 45 mg of tirz and injecting 6.25 units just finished week 4
I've never had any real ISR's (injection site reactions). About the worst I've ever had was a little PIP (post-injection pain) and on a handful of occasions a little temporary itching.Thank you and thank you for your patience as I navigate this site! 6.25 units tells us nothing. Mg. Use mg.Currently pinning 6.25 units … and thanks again. I want to figure this out and before I pin again…. May try new bac water
It's fine, but jeez they really went out of their way to make something relatively simple seem unnecessarily convoluted.Don't know if it is allowed to link this but I use this bacwater calculator for my tirz

How Much Bacteriostatic Water to Add to Peptides? - Prime Peptides™
This article aims to guide you through the process of determining the correct amount of bacteriostatic water to use for your peptideprimepeptides.co
Normally I'm with you 100% when it comes to the whole units thing, but to be fair he did mention the specific dilution ratio in another thread.6.25 units tells us nothing. Mg. Use mg.
Thank you so much. Sounds like to me it may be something to do with the dilution and the amount being injected. I’ll check out the link you posted for bac water and in my new vial I’ll try a new amount… ofcourse as always I’ll read and research before mixing and injecting my next vial 🙂. What is your opinion on the needles to use ?Normally I'm with you 100% when it comes to the whole units thing, but to be fair he did mention the specific dilution ratio in another thread.
But yeah, any time anyone refers to their dosage in units instead of mg/mL I want to reach through the screen and shake some sense into them.
It's fine, but jeez they really went out of their way to make something relatively simple seem unnecessarily convoluted.
It's also a good indicator that the owner of that shop isn't very bright. The history of the FDA going after peptide vendors is rife with examples of them targeting the low-hanging fruit of vendors openly discussing human use despite slapping the 'ol "research use only, not for human use" labels all over the place. 🤪
I apologize I’m new and learning how all this works. I appreciate your help and advice 🙂 it is much appreciated !Sorry that we were not able to help you enough in the other thread that you felt that you needed to make another...
