There are so many threads on this site about peptide stacks, different combos and protocols and all that. But the single most effective stack out there is simple: GLP-1 + resistance training.

Go lift some weights, nothing else will do more to help you get better results over the next year.

not a typo; i finished one vial and reconstituted another. injected twice that day on each side of my stomach. i hit a plateau and became very impatient, lol

i don't enjoy lifting. despite being able to lift very heavily in a short period of time (these videos below are 9 months of progress as a natty), i just found it to be a waste of time and effort. i have no intentions or interest in becoming shredded or jacked again. once i hit 165lbs, that's it for me.


So, almost 4lbs/week?
-21lbs in the first 4 weeks, -16lbs in the next 4 weeks, -13lbs in the last 5 weeks.
