not a typo; i finished one vial and reconstituted another. injected twice that day on each side of my stomach. i hit a plateau and became very impatient, loltypo or 10mg on 5/18?

i don't enjoy lifting. despite being able to lift very heavily in a short period of time (these videos below are 9 months of progress as a natty), i just found it to be a waste of time and effort. i have no intentions or interest in becoming shredded or jacked again. once i hit 165lbs, that's it for me.There are so many threads on this site about peptide stacks, different combos and protocols and all that. But the single most effective stack out there is simple: GLP-1 + resistance training.
Go lift some weights, nothing else will do more to help you get better results over the next year.
