I have been using tirz for over a year and am pretty familiar with MOST things. However i have seen the topic of fentanyl mentioned a few times here and also on the telegram chat. I'd like to know should we be concerned about the possibility of our peptides having fentanyl in there? I do have anxiety so i am probably over thinking it more than i should be. Thanks for any insight i appreciate it

Group testing would allay most of these concerns for me.

It hasn't happened yet, but I think it's always possible for DNP or Dermorphin being mislabeled as a GLP. So avoiding a vendor with either on their pricelist would be something I would consider. But most vendors don't have them listed.

And I love the tip by @zpped of using a popular vendor and waiting before using a vial. I would ideally wait a month or so. By then, the word would be out.

I test everything I put in my body. It's expensive but I think I'm worth it ☺️

I’ve had several friends die from fentanyl in their schedule 1 drugs, but it is not what I’m worried about with peptides. Why is this a concern? What is the financial incentive? Misidentification of peptides or large overfill seem to be much more worrisome to me.

I agree. It was a great tip and I believe he even suggested that in my intro post several months ago, which I appreciated. Especially if you don’t have the money to pay for a $300 Jano test (plus $80 shipping) for each batch. Even though I was part of a testing group for peps from a particular vendor, I’ll also probably wait for several months before actually using just to be double sure. If I don’t hear anything bad about it, I’ll cautiously assume it’s OK. I have plenty of the “good” stuff to tide me over in the meantime.

No I'm not concerned. China doesn't ship out fentanyl but fentanyl precursors (ingredients to make it). China also makes synthetic opioids that are not fentanyl. They also make a bunch of chemicals that would be dangerous if injected. I guess you could get anything but it isn't really in these companies interests to kill off their clientele. You are more likely to get no peptide in a vial than a random toxic chemical.

If I have any expectations of fentanyl in my grey market tirzepatide, it's been put there by big pharma to create a scare crisis.

But what I have more real fear of is the as-yet-unknown long-term serious negative effects of tirzepatide use. Nonetheless, I have a five-year hoard.

I thought some people had cellulitis at the injection site but it could be tumor or I could be mistaken
