From reading, BAC has a shelf life of 28 days once opened. Opened. The smallest I'm finding is 10 mL of BAC, I only need about 1-2 mL of it per month.

It would not make sense to buy one at a time. The one I have in stock now has exp date of May 31 2026.. so it can last that long unopened... You can definitely buy some (more than one) even if you were to throw it out after a month (I wouldn't and I don't)... My personal opinion is that 5-6 bottles should last you a year.. and you can get that in one shot no problem..

I bought a 25 vial package of Hospira BAC water. I plan on using each vial for 60-90 day periods, then discarding them.
Pretty much this. I go through them faster than 60-90 days, but I'm also currently injecting reta, ss-31, mots-c, tb-500, and bpc-157

I buy 4-6 vials at a time and use them until they are gone (somewhere between 30 and 90 days). Always use new needles and wipe with a alcohol swab (almost) every time before use. I store opened and unopened in the closet.
