Attention all vendors/suppliers

What happens if someone decides to take 15mg reta a week? Is that a dangerous dose or due to side effects it was never tested but safe to do so if needed?
We don't know. At most we can provide anecdotal reports on what happens to us as individuals if we do this, but that should not be taken as evidence of general safety.

If you are hoping to get proper guidance on the safety of anything on this forum, particularly around things still undergoing trials, or in combinations never studied in trials, you're not going to find it, and anyone that claims that they can speak to it is being irresponsible.

If you are not comfortable calculating the risk based off of the information available and understanding that you are taking your health into your own hands when doing this sort of thing, I highly recommend sticking with combinations and doses that have made it through clinical trials and been approved. There's still risk around long term side effects that are unanswered even then. And all of the risks that come along with buying grey market products as well.

You're comparing your dosage of single components of your stack vs. the trial amounts, none of which involved stacking these peptides. Cagrilintide and Semaglutide are the only ones we have research results on stacking. Most people deciding to be cowboys and stacking these unstudied combos tend to go for significantly smaller doses for at least some of the components in the stack, so you're an outlier among outliers. That's why people are showing surprise.

That isn't to say what you're doing is bad - but that's because none of us know. Maybe this is a great way to tackle the problem. Maybe there are interference effects. Maybe you're going to overwhelm your system and there will be major detrimental impact to you. People using retatrutide at all are a tiny fraction of the people on GLP-1s, people stacking multiple in general is also a tiny fraction, and there might only be a few dozen people in the world stacking reta/tirz/sema at the levels you are.
Good point mate! Hmm maybe I should lower my doses and stack with HGH or tesamorelin or something else?
I got this stubborn belly fat from highschool when I was skinny like a stick but I had a fat belly. I just cant get rid of it no mater what I do …
I was even contemplating liposuction but when I saw the surgeon he recommended I get a tummy tuck as well and I got scared and didn’t proceed. Then I found this lovely world of grey markets 🤣

Does filtering help remove bacteria or is it mainly to filter out fillers/impurities?

I havent been doing this so far … you reckon I should start? Will I lose any peptides or decrease the strength if I filter?
It can remove most bacteria, fungal spores, and particulates larger the 0.22 microns. It will not remove stuff like viruses, endotoxins, or dissolved substances. Most peptides are smaller than 0.22 microns so the only loss you'll get is a trivial amount of fluid left behind in the filter.

Is it necessary? Not really. We're injecting subcutaneously, not via IV, so our bodies immune systems are pretty good at dealing with it. My skin is very sensitive and has a tendency to react when exposed to bacteria, so I just do this as an added precaution. I've also had cellulitis before which means I have a higher likelihood of getting it again and I'm more susceptible to having an immune response when there is any break in my skin.

There are a few posts about filtering that you can look up where it's talked about extensively.

Reminds me of this

Hi, do you mind my asking who you buy from that ships to Oz? Looking at other avenues since they banned compounding Tx
Not really man here in Australia we have 60mg pens of Mounjaro which administers 15mg doses.

So I believe the highest dose for tirz is 15mg.

7.5mg is only half of that …

Same we Wegovy (semaglutide)
Highest dose is 2.4mg per week. So I am still under.

For me the other problem is I am insulin resistant so lower doses doesnt work for me …

Im fighting my hardest battle to lower my insulin resistance

Can you post this research please. My understanding of tirz is max safe dose is 15mg a week. So we should not exceed this dose. Are you sure you saw 25mg trial?
It's interesting to me that you seem to care about what the safe max dose is, when you're stacking 3 different GLP1s, each at fairly high doses lol.

yes, filtering does remove bacteria, but not endotoxins.

You should filter if you follow best practice, there is no guarantee that your product is sterile.

But it is unlikely to cause you any harm if you don’t filter, there is a slim chance though

do you know of any endotoxin tests floating around anywhere w/ regards to tirz/sema? i can't figure out how much i should care if i'm just sticking to tirz.

What percentage of gray market consumers do you think are using over 15mg? Hitting moq will be tough for some of this.
I’ve done one GB for 30mg and I suspect it’s gonna be too much for me. Other kits were 10mg and 15mg. I’m on a low dose and trying to stay there.

I’ve seen a few from Polaris that came back so negligible as to be almost unmeasurable.
yeah i've heard the same thing as well, so not super concerned but it would always be nice to see an actual test for once. if i remember right, LPS only happens with bacterial peptides, not synthetic ones, so it'd be really weird for any of that stuff to show up in our tirz unless by mistake.

To be fair, I haven't really seen any bad test results. But I also haven't seen a huge amount of tests, but I don't think endotoxins seem to be a large risk from CN peptides to be honest. Seems a bit like a nothing burger to me, there are other things I would worry more about.

@exploitedworkerbee probably has a better overview on this than I do since he's on several test servers as far as I know.
