I took my time deciding how I wanted to go about my first gray purchases, and I appreciate everyone on the forum who's contributed and shared their experiences for helping me feel more comfortable with the process in general. It seems from my reading that there have been some debacles in the recent past, and that a common piece of advice given is to be prepared to lose your investment at some point. Because of this I decided to spread out my first purchases among a few different vendors, so I could get a feel for how they operate and not put all of my eggs in one basket. If something happens to one of them I want to have established relationships with others ready to go. So I placed 3 orders recently, 2 of the vendors already have review threads going so I wanted to make this one for the one that didn't have one yet, Aurora.
I chose to make Aurora one of my first purchases because going through the vendors I came upon Joey's thread introducing Aurora, and enjoyed the back and forth he had with some of the established members here. His posts were easy to understand, he had a sense of humor, and in the words of Allan from the Hangover, "he seemed like a straight shooter." I chose to order through Joey at Aurora because really, he seemed like a genuine person, and not a dime-a-dozen shill presented as an attractive woman spamming us or telling us what we want to hear.
For the record, all 3 of my purchases (also JEEP and ZJ) went smoothly and quickly this time around, but this specifically is about Aurora. I placed my order on Jan 22 and Joey got me my tracking number the very next day. The order itself arrived a week after the tracking number, on Jan 30. Everything was correct and intact, and I look forward to beginning to use it later this month. Aurora's prices were great as well. I think the main thing we are all looking for when we send crypto off to foreign lands and expect something of value in return is trust and reliability, but value definitely helps too.
For me what was most important with these first purchases was to find a vendor I could consider trustworthy and reliable, and I think I was lucky enough to find 3. I have no complaints at all about process and delivery and would order from all 3 again. Between the 3 though, my first choice going forward will be to order with Joey at Aurora. With all 3 coming through as dependable, Aurora stands out as the best on price for what I was looking for, but REALLY stands out on communication. Talking with Joey is smooth and easy, and that inspires a whole other level of confidence for me. I had no problems but if I did I trust they would be easy to resolve, and at the end of the day it's like comparing talking with a real person on a customer service line to wading through an AI bot or menu. I would never presume to make any kind of guarantees in the world of crypto and gray market peptides, or to tell anyone else what they should or shouldn't do with their own money. What I will say though to sum up is that I can give Aurora the single most important compliment a vendor can get: I sent them my money, and they sent me my shit lol. I will be buying from Joey and Aurora again soon.
