I saw someone mention a B S T group in telegram. Is that a thing? Obviously it could get pretty sketchy but I'm tempted to look into it. So many people get a kit and use one vial and hate it or realize they didn't need 42 years of sema or whatever and want to clear space. Do people really just throw away peps they don't want?

It's not just a thing, it's a BIG thing. Most of the group buy channels and other peptide related channels on TG will have a place designated for b/s/t. People get really fancy with their lists of kits available and often say that they'll provide COAs. I suspect a lot of this activity is commercial in nature rather than folks just off-loading extra.

For me personally, I'm pretty risk averse and would never buy or sell in these markets. But everyone has different risk tolerances. There is even a market for kits that have failed sterility results, so go figure...

Sure is. I look through them, and some have wild ad banners I guess you could call them. Never bought anything. Some of the prices are crazy high too.

The B/S/T market is the U.S. entrepreneurial spirit at its best! This is what makes America the greatest place on the earth. Buy a kit for $150 and sell the vials at $30/each and make a 50%.

And you can expand into pharmacueticals too.... Sell some Indiamart viagra and cialis with peptides. Although I'm paying $10 for 21 4mg tablets of Zofran, so this is actually a good price. 🤣

I assume the Zofran is a boner pill too? I'm sure this is knock off Viagra and Cialis?

Hope I don't dox myself, but that looks an awful lot like the list I saw at a mexican pharmacy flying out of Cabo. I get that some of those are hard to get prescriptions, but... recreational ezetimibe, rosuvastatin, propanalol?
Seriously, blood pressure and cholesterol meds!?! Your doc should just prescribe you that shit and let you use the GoodRx discount even if your insurance won't cover it.

It's difficult to imagine that there would be a black market for these types of maintenance medications, but there are a lot of folks without insurance and even inexpensive telehealths will cost ~$40 per visit and would be unlikely to prescribe multiple months of any medication.

When I get an upper respiratory infection, the only thing that will usually only help me is azithromycin. I can't tell you how hard it is for me to get this Rx. Usually it's a NP who is more willing to prescribe it, but if I happen upon a doctor at urgent care, it's definitely a no go most of the time. I'd buy four courses of azithromycin if I could trust the source. This b/s/t market is not where I would get it though. I'm thinking IndiaMart or Canada at this point. I feel hostage to the US healthcare system sometimes... So, I totally get people wanting free access to some of these medications.

I get my zpaks from canada. I've got enough to keep my fam away from the doc if ever needed.

Trying to import controlled substances is going to be a bad idea.

You will pay out your a$$ but Telyrx is a good place to buy as well.

By the way... most of the B/S/Ts are getting their wares from the same places you may contact on IndiaMart...

100%. I stock up on antibiotics, antiparasitics, and many other meds my doctor won't prescribe. Last time my boyfriend had a horrible sinus infection, the urgent care doctor wouldn't prescribe any and he asked me for some. You do need to understand the meds, not just blindly take them. There are a lot of doctors in my family I grew up around (but sadly not in the US) so I know the drill pretty well. I have health insurance and struggle to get prescriptions for what I really need yet they offer oxy like candy, which I don't care for. Go figure.

I did a deep dive into the topic and it appears that about 95% of the pharmacies online that are supposedly "Canadian" are actually in other countries and most source through India/China/etc.

I definitely wasn't looking to buy meds in the b/s/t market. I usually just go to a bunch of different providers in the US until I get what I want(need) 🤯.

If I was going to buy meds online, it probably wouldn't be b/s/t or "Canadian" suppliers (because I think a legit Canadian pharmacy would require an Rx), I might as well go to Indiamart myself.

Yeap, Canada is even stricter than the US. Most meds come from China or India, sometimes even Russia. I wouldn't trust Indiamart unless you know the vendor - a lot fo fake stuff there. I often buy from India but from reputable pharmacies I know and have trusted for a while.

Yeah, I’m in no rush to buy from IndiaMart. Had some shady back and forth over some liraglutide with a couple of vendors and ultimately didn’t order.

I’m pretty adept with manipulating the US healthcare system to bend to my will. Just looking for an epi pen and zpak right now. I have a good supply of other antibiotics.

I live in OC, SoCal, so Mexico is almost our backyard for some meds including antibiotics. There are a few online pharmacies in India I trust and have ordered from - the shipping does take approx 3 weeks. Not sure I can post here but you can DM and I can share the handful I trust.

Where is this from?

From a b/s/t forum on TG, probably one of the group buys. Don’t remember which one.
I saw that one, along with all the other colorful ones in b/s/t in one group I buy from.
