I am new to peptides although I've been lurking for a few weeks! Just joined. My first order arrived safely from China two days ago, including bac water which I popped in the fridge. Just read that it is supposed to be kept at room temp. Should I throw it out and restock or take it out of the fridge? Not due to use it for 10 days. I'm in the uk.

In my opinion, the less variables you have, the more inferred safety. It has nothing to do with whether you refrigerated it or not (you do not need to, but it isn't going to matter). The issue is the source. We are already taking risks with getting the peptides themselves from the grey market. Tried and true bac water (like Hospira) is cheap and available locally from many easily accessible places including some medical supply companies. Why not get it locally?

For what it is worth, I did the same thing you did with my first order. I got a good amount of water in vials with my first order. I ended up just tossing all of it and getting Hospira bac water in bulk from AMSCO Medical. It is also very available at many domestic research peptide websites for relatively reasonable prices.

Just my two cents. Regarding your current batch, if it was fine before it went in the fridge, it is fine now. The general rule of thumb with bac water is once you have pierced the seal, to use if for 30 days, and use anything you reconstitute with it another 30-60. Personally, I follow a 90-day rule. Whatever I make with the bac water, I only use 90 days from the day I first used that vial of bac water. There are many people that use it much longer than that. At the end of the day, it comes down to what you consider an acceptable level of risk.

Best of luck on your journey!

Thank you for your helpful reply. I know how important the bac water is. I intend to look for a reliable source in the uk.

It's not a stretch if you're gonna trust their peps to trust their Bac water. Doesn't matter that you stuck it in the fridge. You can take it out and still store it at room temp. Think of the temps your order was exposed to in shipping. Most vendors who offer bac water do so as a courtesy. You did mention you're in the UK so domestic US means is not useful. I'd use it.
