Everyone’s favorite thing, a newbie post! I am on Tirz, since October of this year, and was so hopeful about seeing everyone’s reduced inflammation. I don’t know if mine is related, and I can’t get into my doctor until February.

I am pretty sure it is arthritis, and I have been searching the forum for other’s experiences, but if anyone has any experience with back and hip pain peptides, I would be so grateful and would bake you some virtual calorie free cookies 😁

Now I wish my user ID was OowaGuy! (Or OowaGay in my case 🤣)

I've had 3 hernia repairs and still had hernia pain like getting kicked in the crotch. I've had too much surgery in the area and basically was told to live with it. A few months into Tirz the pain was gone!

I wasn’t laughing at your pain, and that is so great!

Tirz definitely helped my bad hip by reducing inflammation. For my back, KPV seems to help me. I did the glow protocol in the summer and didn’t notice any improvement in pain. My recent batch I added the KPV and it’s helping a lot. Not sure if it alone has the effect, or being combined with the BPC-157 that’s a part of glow.

You've written a couple things today that really resonate with me. The first was your comment about only weighing at your doctor's office. I do the same and besides taking tirz, I credit this for having the most impact during this 180lb weight loss.

And the second was this comment. I've been living with similar pain for the past decade as well. I thought I had a hernia, but no scans can find it or any other problem. If I workout, it feels like I've been drop kicked in the Dwights and that pain lasts for a few days and stops me from doing anything physical. I feel for you.

Yup... That's it... Right in that inverted cereal bowl 😁 Same here with the scans. Seriously must be the inflammation reduction, mines gone.

I have been on tirz since November and am having the exact same thing. It definitely feels like arthritis but is worse the day or two after the injection. After searching for answers on every platform the one thing I read said it’s your body producing antibodies to the tirz but that it should eventually go away. One person said it went away when they titrated up. Seeing you’ve been on it longer has me discouraged now🫤 Forgot to mention I ordered the BPC157/TB500 combo to see if that would give me some relief. Just waiting for it now

Thanks! Going to read up on it!

@LargeMarge I tried another suggestion that I read somewhere and the relief was almost instant. I had been drinking water like crazy, but added electrolytes to every glass since then. The next day was the first time in two months that I woke up without pain. A pinch of sea salt and a couple drops of lemon juice in every water truly made a huge difference.

I have never tried any peptides, currently using Tirz. I have lost 55 lbs from my highest weight.
I suffered from back/hip pain for about 20 years until I did about physical therapy. I was doubtful it would help, but it did. This was before I started Tirz. Losing the weight and the decrease in inflammation has made it even better. Too late for my meniscus, it’s about gone.

Haven't tried peptides for my back and hip pain, but just want to say good luck. I'm 38 and I've had issues since a teen, and I just last year got diagnosed with an arthritis called ankylosing spondylitis. I was on tirz for a year and didn't have any anti-inflammatory benefits unfortunately. My inflammation markers were fairly high when I got my blood done for diagnosis. I went on a biologic to slow down disease progression and that's helped my bloodwork, but only intermittently with my pain. I've been curious about trying BPC157/TB500 but I haven't seen anything convincing about it helping arthritis pain, and I'm not sure I can afford it long term anyways.

The BPC/TB combo has helped my ankle pain immensely, it is worth a shot (no pun intended). They are very affordable in the grey market. I started with a trial vial of each from a US warehouse and then moved on to getting kits.
