I contacted Alex on 2/9 to inquire about ordering R30 and T60. Prices are competitive for shipping from within the US. I told Alex I'd need a little time to get my crypto sorted out, and they patiently waited a few days for me to get that in order. I sent an initial amount of 1 USDC for my own comfort on 2/13, and it was confirmed received by Alex almost immediately. I then sent the remainder of the payment, which was also confirmed received. Alex let me know that since it was a Friday afternoon, they would not be shipping until the following Monday, which I thought was perfectly reasonable. A label was generated on 2/15, and the package was dropped off at USPS on 2/17 (2/16 was a Federal holiday).

My order arrived on 2/24 in excellent condition. My items were well packaged, caps matched the COAs and pictures provided on the Jano reports. Overall, an excellent, smooth, and efficient transaction and I will be happy to purchase from Barn again in the future.
 
First grey purchase was with Barn. Communication was clear and responses to my questions were quick. Paying with crypto was nice and easy. I placed my order for BPC-157 from the US Warehouse on 2/22 and received it on 2/26.

I'll be looking to make future purchases from their US Warehouse once they've restocked.
 
Excellent experience with Barn US warehouse, arrived well packed with no issues. Alex is friendly and very efficient with ordering. I'm glad I tried this forum vendor, looking forward to the post CNY restock like everyone else. 🤣
 
Just ordered and Alex was great. Really helpful, friendly, made it easy. Will followup with further review when it arrives.
Following up, I received my order. Really impressed. Alex happened to have what I ordered (SS31 50) in a US warehouse (that ended up being about an hour's drive from where I live as it randomly happens). I ordered on the 10th, had my order in hand by the 14th. Also, had a weird speed bump where Coinbase was hassling me. Alex worked with me on that too. First dose administered, so far so good. I'm impressed. Would and will order again.

Excellent first experience with Alex and Barn. I chose to order from them for several reasons:
  • US Warehouse - Although the chances are minuscule, I value my Global Entry too much to risk it.
  • No MOQ - Only needed one kit.
  • FREE Shipping
  • Very good price - Reta 15mg $130
  • PYUSD-SOL payment - I bought PYUSD in my long-standing PP account for zero fee, and already had some SOL in Exodus. There was no hold or delay transferring to my wallet.
Ordered by email on a Wednesday evening, got a response and paid Thursday, got tracking number Tuesday and received my Reta on Saturday, so 9 days from payment. Yes, that's longer than some vendors, but, oh yeah, it was FREE.

The second party COA shows the fill in the 16s and purities > 99.5.

I would certainly buy from them again.

(As an aside, there are a number of people in the Discord/Telegram whining about response times, primarily due to two issues: 1) Barn just got "approved" on STG, leading to a huge influx of new customers, and at the moment Alex is a one woman show; and 2) People suffering from Amazon Prime Syndrome -- I DMed her 2 hours ago and she still hasn't responded, I don't care that it's a weekend and she's in China....)
 
Ordered two kits from Barn from the US warehouse. It all went smoothly, package arrived quickly....and it only had one kit in it.

I filmed/photographed the contents and reached back out to Alex. It took a little while, but she made it right and sent the missing kit without any major hassle.

Everyone makes mistakes and what's important is how they are handled.
 
Adding another review because it's pertinent, current info. I ordered a second time, and ordering was smooth and easy once again. I got the order AMAZINGLY quickly-- literally in FOUR DAYS. Crazy. I think it arrived unusually quickly largely because what I ordered was in her US warehouse which happens to be very near where I live. But like the review above, that quickly-arrived order contained only half of what I ordered. And it took Alex three full days to respond to my request to make it right. I believe Alex is solid and can be trusted. But as someone in the STG forum said to me, "Alex is getting the death hug right now." Because Alex is being 'discovered' right now and bombarded with exponentially larger numbers of orders, she seems pretty overwhelmed. So… I still think this is a really solid vendor, at least so far. But I think you can probably expect slow communication and probably some similar mistakes as these growing pains continue. And I do believe she'll make mistakes right in the end, but it might take a minute. She did get back to me after those three days and is promising to make the mistake made on my second Barn order right. And I believe she will eventually do that. But I'm also not holding my breath.

Unfortunately, my experience with Alex was not as good as those above. Let me start out by saying that I've been fully reimbursed--nobody owes anyone any money. So I do think Barn is trying to establish itself as a reputable vendor.

Feb 25: I place an order for 5 kits (various peptides totaling $380) and pay immediately
Mar 4: receive a USPS tracking number from Alex
Mar 4: USPS status is "departed shipping partner" (UCTS TRADING INC in NYC). "USPS awaiting item". It sits in this status for 20 days. I think this "partner" is the company responsible for opening the large box containing individual packages and routing each package to each customer.
Mar 16: I receive an email from Alex telling me that one item was not included in my package and will be sent separately. She attached a photo of the kit (DSIP, $80) on top of a piece of paper bearing some other customer's name and address (ugh!). To avoid confusion, I don't mention the mix-up. But I ask if she can provide an update on my USPS package that has had no movement for 2 weeks. No response.
Mar 24: "arrived at USPS Regional facility" in Chicago. Finally the USPS package is on its way and I'll soon have my other 4 peptide kits, right?
Mar 26: "arrived at USPS Regional facility" in Opa Locka, FL. Now it's just a few miles from my home! Break out the needles!
Mar 29: "arrived at USPS facility" in Dallas, TX. WTF, is this a USPS mistake? Now the package is 1000 miles away.
Mar 31: FedEx package with my $80 DSIP kit arrives. Things are looking up, but I still don't have my main USPS package containing the other 4 kits. But theoretically I won't be losing any sleep over it because I have DSIP.
April 1: USPS package "departed USPS facility". Oh, good, must be on its way back to FL, right?
April 2: USPS "in transit to next facility"
April 6: USPS "tracking information will not be displayed because this package was shipped with counterfeit postage"

And that's the end of it. No further updates from USPS tracking.

At this point I contact Alex. She responds immediately and asks how much she should refund. I'm only out $300 at this point since I've received the $80 DSIP. She processes the refund immediately and we're square. No apology though. I'm glad she made good on her commitments, but I'm a little miffed that I lost 6 weeks. I wanted to start pinning some of these peptides much sooner.

Three things I've learned:
1) When a package from China says it's in NYC, it's not necessarily in NYC yet. It's in a status like "label created" and the shipping partner probably hasn't even received it yet.
2) There are some really dodgy "shipping partners" that essentially scam a Chinese vendor by seeing if they can get away with counterfeit postage, even after they've probably been paid by said Chinese vendor. The vendors should work to avoid doing business with these "partners". It seems like a losing proposition for everyone.
3) The USPS sucks (yes, we already knew this). They send packages to various facilities all around the country, costing more money than the original postage, only to ultimately determine that the postage was counterfeit. They probably could have saved the taxpayer money by just delivering the package to me, as ironic as that is.

A lot of delays in getting the order shipped in the first place as well because of no communication. Waited 2 weeks to finally get the stuff shipped. The worst is just not getting responses when asking.
 
Barn was my first experience from buying from the grey, China to the UK. So here's my review/experience.

Joined their discord, and straight way nearly got scammed into contacting the wrong user to buy from, the real person is alex.barn002 and I got approached by a alex.barn002. which was a scammer, so a bit unnerving straight out of the gate. Then got reprimanded by the people in public chat in their discord for referring to alex as a 'him' before I found out it was a she.

Made the order and paid using USDC on SOL on the 3rd April 15:35, got confirmation of payment 2mins later from Alex and asked for a delivery address, which I provided, was told 2mins later by Alex I would get shipping details 'asap'.

Waited with no contact for the shipping label, got it 7days later on the 10th April.

Order turned up on the 18th April to the UK, so took 15days end-to-end.


Overall, I'd use Alex and Barn again. Prices were decent, and Alex was pretty quick at replying to me, although there were a lot of people in the public chat in discord saying they'd not heard back on messages from her for days and days, BUT, in fairness to her she was getting smashed with orders, and I also ordered around the time they went into a 1week lockdown, so I guess she was getting loads of queries for refunds etc.

As it turns out Barn switched WhatsApp numbers thus the lack of comms. Package ended up being lost by usps or apartment but Alex sent a refund. I'm satisfied, thus far a very stand up seller.
