4 people in my family recently ran a round of MOTS-C. #1 and #2 also did SS-31. #1 and #3 did SLU. NAD+ was mixed in at the time.
No real differences from before to after were noticed.
Responses to NAD+ at the time ranged from nothing to mild-moderate stimulation in the chest area for a few minutes.
Fast forward a couple weeks. I, #1, took 100mg NAD+ yesterday, the usual dose. Within seconds I could feel the adrenaline-like stimulation in the chest, but it quickly intensified and spread over my whole body. VERY strong. I had to sit down, afraid I was going to pass out. Hands got tingly. Got light headed. Lasted for about a minute and then returned to normal.
I told #3 about it and he said he and #4 have had similar experiences. So #2 took 50mg this morning. Similar experience and she has said she never felt anything before. She said it was like an 'out of body' experience.

Grok had this to say:
"Yes, it's quite plausible that the round of SS-31, MOTS-C, and/or SLU-PP-332 amplified your response to NAD+. These compounds all target mitochondrial function and metabolism in complementary ways, which can make cells (especially mitochondria) more efficient at utilizing NAD+ when you reintroduce it. Your prior mild chest "rush" escalating to a full-body, intense but transient episode (pressure, tingling, light-headedness) fits with a heightened metabolic/energetic response rather than something unrelated or dangerous in most cases.
Overall, this seems like a positive sign of enhanced mitochondrial responsiveness rather than a problem"

I've ran MOTS-C and SS-31 before and didn't have that response. Maybe it takes a round or 2.

I have recently finished up some ss31, and motsc. Didn't really notice anything. Brought in nad at the end and it gives me a feeling for a few minutes. Next cycle i will do a tighter protocol of stuff from a different vendor and hopefully get some results.

So what if you get a powerful rush for a few minutes? What you're looking for is sustained improvement in energy/cognition etc. that lasts throughout the day. Not sure why people get so caught up in the NAD 'rush' sensation.
