I placed my order with Alex on the 7th may and it got delivered to the uk on the 16th, 9 days later.
From start to finish Alex has been exceptional.

I placed an order March 11th. Was seized by customs. Alex offered reship or refund. I chose the reship. It took 2 weeks but I got my second shipment to the middle of nowhere USA. She actually sent part of my order from her US warehouse via EdEx which took longer than the items from China. LOL
I used email and it took a long time for communications back and forth. I think it's a one-man show and the communication is very slow but it's the real deal.
