Hi, I am looking for some advice on my stack before I start it. At the moment I am at 5mg Reta only and I have the skin sensitivity(ara10), and the typical digestion issues. I need estrogen and ghk for some issues, my joints and injuries I am looking to heal (BB20), and I wouldn’t mind some directed fat loss (SLU).

The following is what my research uncovered and I have a running spreadsheet. I just need some feedback so I get it right. Contraindications, etc. I have a full gram of half of them. I don’t really need to take all of them, I just need advice on the best way to stack them.

I plan on using Cag once I eliminate the reta. I could already care less about food on reta. Its hard to even think about eating.

Thats a lot to dive into if you have only just started. I struggled with Reta, switched to Sema/Cagri combo and that works for me.

I am not a doctor, or any sort of expert, so please take what I am saying as an opinion with best intent, When doing any of this sort of stuff, starting on the cautious side is the best strategy. If you dive right into a stack and have an adverse reaction, it will be very hard to figure out what is the likely cause, and could lead to an awkward discussion with a medical professional.

You say you need estrogen and GHK - if they are need, then start there. In general combo of BP/TB shouldnt hurt anything else you are doing.

I would suggest starting with that, then building.

My understanding around SLU-PP-31 is that its hit and miss, probably skip it to start with. Further, if you are on reta or other GLP1 consider avoiding the AOD. I cant really comment on the NAC or 5amino1q. But I would probably pause on those initially. If you are looking to bump ATP/mitochondria maybe think MOTSC and SS31. If you want to target visceral fat, maybe tesamorelin.

Stay safe, try to ease in. Keep some notes on how you react, and any benefits or issues along the way.
