Best Peps for menopause: energy building muscle, bone health,

I guess cartalax would be a good option.... im not that old (34) but i just start taking it 2mg daily than tritate up to 5mg. Than i think u can add more pept.... ghkcu, 5amino1mq, nad, kpv, Thymosin Alpha-1

For bone loss and building muscle, no peptide will do this on its own. You need to optimize your diet and do resistance training. Check your hormones and consider HRT as needed after consulting your PCP.

For lack of energy, there could be a multitude of reasons. Check your thyroid, hormones, ferritin, B12, and vitamin D before thinking about peptides, as no peptide will fix fundamental deficiencies. Once all of the above has been addressed, MOTS-c, SS-31, and NAD+ may help.

Inflammation is tricky as well. What kind of inflammation is it, and what is causing it? Is it broadly systemic, and if so, how does it manifest as symptoms? Or is it more localized, such as inflamed joints?
