Best stack for athletic performance? Reta + what?

I am an active middle aged man (lifting 3-4 days a week, track foods, Road Bike 70 miles a week, 7-9k steps daily) and I am currently on reta, today is week 5. Since I have been " researching " what might pair best w Reta. I was thinking CJC/IPA but also considering MOTS. The article I just linked did not included MOTS which surprised me.

What have you found increases athletic outputs? For me , I would love increased endurance on my road bike and in the gym. MOTS seems to fit the bill and it is not too expensive.

What do you all think? Thanks !
Definitely MotsC for energy. Take it 30 minutes before workouts or high endurance training. At night I take tb500 bpc 157 kpv and ghkCu for recovery, inflammation, repair and immune system boost.
 
Reading this literally makes me angry... As memantine fan, I have been wanting to try bromantane for something like 5 years and STILL haven't gotten around to it! Do you mind dropping your source?

As for the OP, still trying to figure it out. MotsC helps a little bit. Anxious to try SS31, have some coming from overseas.

I wish this stuff wasn't so expensive, would really like to try 5AM or SLUPP and a billion others.

I just got a sample of DSIP and I suspect that's going to be helpful, it's been incredible the last two nights, I recommend starting at 300-500mcg immediately before sleeping.

TMG has helped my energy a lot, fish oil helps a bit too I think but it's hard to pinpoint. Since I have methylation issues I want to add in methylfolate and methyl b12 to help support my methylation pathways for NAD injections. If you're an overmethylator, NAD might be beneficial for you. For me, it just burns my methyl groups similarly to flush niacin.

SS-31 is supposed to be pinned first for 30ish days before pinning MOTS-c. I don't remember how it goes but you do your own research dammit. 🤣

5AM I haven't done yet, but SLU definitely works but my tolerance for it got stronger each week, had to titrate up considerably (pill form not injection). If you get the pills, I recommend the SLU/BAM15 stack! Probably more of a placebo rather than actual "exercise in a pill", but I felt like it made a difference.

Mf I didn't have any SS31! I know how the "protocol" goes, that's why I bought SS31.

Try more. I did a mg last night. First time I tried it I did 650mcg or so and it was great. Gotta pin it within 30 minutes of falling asleep though.

Trimethylglycine AKA Betaine Anhydrous. Supports the methylation pathways upstream of SAMe. Neccessary if you want to use flush niacin to increase NAD levels or if you want to blast huge doses of NAD without getting tired. Combine it with some methylfolate and B12 for maximum support.

Absolute insanity. God help me when I get disposable income.
 
Another vote for Mots here. I can see why it's banned in sports. I take it on any run days and just dont get tired, it's not making me faster or fitter per se, but makes my 5k's way more enjoyable.

actually might make u fitter if u can run longer because ur not getting tired or keep a mile pace that would not be possible without MOTS.
 
For performance: MOTS-c and NAD+. Plus a pre-workout drink. Currently using Hyde from Costco. It is really cheap there.

MOTS-c - 5mg - M-W-F
NAD+ - 50mg - Everyday

Is anyone taking larger doses of either, or more frequently?

I don't know if it stays in your system and builds up. I'm curious if I should just take it on days that I will be training so I am not wasting it.
 
I take 1 mg mots-c daily, but also run every day. I’ve found this method works pretty well for me combined with electrolytes and some carbs before the run.
